Any of my request titles might be in there especially Dr Giggles or Tremors or Critters 1 and 2 or Alligator.

Well they said next week they will announce more titles hopefully from Universal, Sony and WB.

None of the recent announcements are a go for me. SCREAM is a very nostalgic type brand and the last 4 were movies I never saw growing up.

They are 80s and 90s stuff and 70s stuff you know, a shame you never grew up with them as i did.

Oh I was born in 80. I just meant these particular films. Ive seen THE SEVENTH SIGN biy only once many yeara ago. I own quote a bit of SCREAMS catalog.

well, I think they're actually much better than Anchor Bay. I am assuming you are referring to the late 90's, early 2000's when Anchor Bay released tons of dvd horror titles?

I think Scream is better because they've one-upped those dvd releases by making them more fun-- collector's editions, lots of extras, collectible packaging, etc.

Yeah none of the recent announcements excite me. But I’m sure they are saving most of the good stuff for Comic Con.

Definitely underwhelmed by these latest announcements. The Warner deal appeared to pay early dividends with ROTLD 2 and Brainscan, hopefully they have something that I've really been clamoring for like The Hitcher in their next batch of titles.

Funny you should say that... I never liked Brainscan, and I'm only lukewarm on ROTLD 2....

The Evil, Seventh Sign, and Deep Rising are great announcements for me

I'm super excited for Deep Rising as well but it isn't a Scream release.

I remember seeing Deep Rising in the theater back in the day and thinking it was a pretty fun creature flick, but nothing special. Didn't realise it was such a cult title until now.

People have no patience anymore. I firmly believe the con announcements will fully make up for the last lackluster lineup and it would be dumb to blow their wad before then.

Not blow their wad but at least throw us a bone or something for September. One warner CE would keep me happy!
