Awesome cover art for SNDN 2, will look great next to the original. Will probably get the one with the figure since I have the Billy one.

NECA's not crazy enough to think this will sell more units later on. I know Part 2 has a reputation (although not quite like the first) but I don't see how this will sell well at all. I'm preparing for an inundation of promotional tweets and posts to try encourage sales...

I'm really diggin' this release schedule. We're back to 3 collector's editions a month. It's been a while since they had that kind of output.

Yeah I think 2,000 is too many for this limited edition, should have made 750. Sure the bluray itself will sell well enough though.

We need a Tom Atkins action figure...4K The Fog with Tom and im in. It would go good with the Blake figure coming out in october.

Yeah, and what really sucks about the re-release is that he comes with an additional accessory (the hammer). Not cool....

If this sells well I could see Neca doing a proper garbage day (blue sweater) version later on.

$28 plus shipping? Not to be another whiner about the price but that is a bit high especially for this movie.

It should drop a couple of bucks when the edition with the “free” poster sells out.

As a huge SNDN 2 fan this really seems like a missed opportunity for SF. They should have capitalized on the garbage day scene for the figure, including a button to hear the famous line.

I happily bought the Billy figure set and don't even care that it's being re-released, but I don't think I'll be getting this one based on the sculpt and santa suit.

No, I don't think we'll get any more December titles. After Dec. 18th the next Tuesday is Dec. 25th, Christmas, and they won't release anything that day. Then the next Tuesday is Jan. 1st. So the month is probably done, December is always a little lite because they figure people have money going out for Christmas shopping.

I’ve heard SNDN 2 was basically just made from recycled footage from the first film. How true is this? How much of the movie is actual newly filmed scenes/story?

Is it Boogeyman 2 level awful? That was a similar recap footage situation with like maybe 15 minutes of new stuff sprinkled in.

SNDN2 is the only one I've never seen.

Wish Lionsgate would release the last three, especially SNDN4: Initiation.
