Yeah, that's what I meant. I know they do a sale ever October. Just curious to see what titles (if any) I might actually want.

Though, also figured there would be a decent chance they disabled codes during sales.

I am half tempted to cancel and re-order my HALLOWEEN 3/THE THING steelbook order. But, I think at least one of those titles has sold through the lithographs by now.

I might be wrong but I feel like sales don't include preorders.

With that said, I'm still worried about my SDCC preorder. I used the coupon code and while it worked, It didn't seem like it was supposed to. I could have sworn that coupon code was listed for non preorder items.

- Sales not applicable to preorder items

- Their Halloween sales in the past have been ‘a title a day’, typically consisting of unpopular titles no one wants

- Site-wide sales, of which there are few, rarely offer discounts over 20%

Very frustrating.

I was referencing Shout's sales from maybe 4-5yrs ago? It also helped that the CAD dollar was basically at par. But if I recall, I got a bunch of great titles around $10 each. $10-15.

Sales normally don't include pre-orders, but the SDCC did. I don't know if that was an error or not, but that was when I pre-ordered ROTLD2, HOUSE ON HAUNTED HILL, TRICK R TREAT, and CANDYMAN. With those first 3 dropping to between 20 and 22 USD, and CANDYMAN dropping to 27 instead of the....34? 35? that it was.

Of the ones that have shipped, I have only been charged that discounted price so, that sale code seems to have stuck.

It was an error. They explicitly stated that sale was not to include pre-order items, but it did.

I didn't get an e-mail stating otherwise and I ordered directly from them in hopes of the early delivery.

I mean, I guess it's possible they could try to tack on the price differences once the final item (CANDYMAN) ships in November. But, so far, each item has charged to my card for that discounted pre-order price.

Yeah. I also don't know if that issue applies to all releases or not. Only got it for my TRICK R TREAT disc. Not my HOUSE ON HAUNTED HILL.

HOHH finally got a tracking number yesterday (though no actual movement til this morning). TRT is still sitting at "processing".

Still wondering what their system is for shipping pre-orders though. Some people got tracking info for both titles almost a week ago, and I know they ordered WAY later than I did.

My copy from Amazon arrived about 10 minutes ago. Bullmoose must be on the 2nd or 3rd street date schedule. I fully expect the same thing to happen to my Creepshow order from family video next month.

The sale that celebrated 5 years was amazing. They had $10, $12.50 and $15 titles.

TCM:NG updates -- Bumped to 12/11, and confirmation of both cuts and a director's commentary:

The not-so-great news: Unfortunately, we’ve had to delay our release once again due to unique challenges we’ve been faced on this title coupled with some recent changes in manufacturing. The new national street date is now 12/11/18. However, if you pre-order it early directly from us our goal is to still ship it out early.

To every TCM fans out there waiting for this, we sincerely thank you for your patience and understanding!
