Oh, I was talking WASC. The slip still won't fit on HBTM because Indicator use the oversized cases.

WASC didn't get a retro release. I'll switch cases for HBTM. I grabbed WASC from Diabolik. That box looks nice. I wouldn't change that.

I got my replacement Urban Legends Final Cut today. I also previously received a replacement Night of the Demons set, plus the original order finally showed up after a couple of weeks of limbo so I ended up with an extra. Candyman came today with zero issues.

Their warehouse activity has been atrocious, but at least (for me) they’ve been making things right. I don’t want to be too much of an apologist, these issues should have never occurred but I also can’t stay too mad when I see the problems corrected. Hopefully their warehouse is getting its act together

Looking at Scream Factory prices on Ebay makes me want to stop collecting. I know this is off-topic, but I was looking for a couple titles and even the latest releases are going for stupid money because they simply come with a slipcover. It's like, if you sell a movie with a slip these days you can automatically ask an extra 40 bucks...

I had to resort to Twitter to get a response from them as well. It's ridiculous, and I still don't have any resolution for that particular problem either. (Hence my decision to stop shopping with them altogether.)

just glancing over the city slickers review and it mentions the ported over special features are all messed up. what's going on with this company? it has to be different management or something that is trying to squeeze every last cent and dollar out of everything.

It's not the first time they've ported over extras or SD inserts that got screwed up. Shout/Scream seems to have great difficulty dealing with SD material on BDs and with their lack of quality control, it just is what it is.

I want to frame my lithographs. Are the frames needed 18 x 24? I have about 8 to buy. I see Walmart sells them in multiples. Is this the best place to get them? Or is there another place to purchase them from ?

Now that Creepshow is done, well, sort of done (still waiting on replacement posters and a possible 5.1 correction)...

I personally feel I need to end the compulsion to crave slipcovers, posters, and action figures. These titles are NOT going anywhere. They are not pressing 1000 of each of these big titles. They will show up a year from now at an acceptable price, and that is when I will buy.

I may not get a slipcover.

And I have to be okay with that, especially on the double and triple dip titles.

Since social media comments are being deleted, and emails are being dismissed, there is one fact that remains clear:

Scream/Shout will only listen if you Vote.With.Your.Wallet.

Be patient and hold off if you can. Watch those titles in your pile you've been putting off. Enjoy what you have, not what you don't. These titles will be around. The slipcovers? Maybe not. But it's time for this collector to send a message by withholding my money.

Absolutely very well said. I totally agree. I don't have any negative sentiments about Scream Factory, mostly because I haven't purchased from them; I buy mostly from FYE/Best Buy/Target or Amazon. But hearing about all the issues collectors are having is frustrating, and I hope Shout Factory fixes their House before people walk away from them entirely.

But like you I have to learn to stop collecting or let's say relying on slipcovers. I don't know why I'm infatuated with getting slips. I've just purchased a few Scream Factory titles that did not produce slipcovers (The Vampire Lovers, Swamp Thing, Brainscan). But for now I still obsess with the slips! You really do make some good points!
