All I know is that I love Anthony Perkins in pretty much anything he was in--such a quirky, slightly eccentric acting style that I find enormously entertaining.

Having said that, I still loved the show and found Freddie Highmore to be excellent in the role.

He's like an American Peter Ustinov (only slim.)

I enjoyed Bates Motel. I thought the second and final season were the weakest (and the series finale was sadly rushed and underwhelming, IMO) and some of the subplots always felt like awkward padding to me, but overall I thought it was entertaining. And Freddie Highmore and Vera Farmiga were excellent.

Teach me if I'm wrong but I can't see anymore prices under $25 on amazon on SF titles, I remember see some down to even $15 in the past... so I only buy SF on amazon when price down... but now not worth buy on amazon due is the same price the SF site and with posters. $25 is too high, even more expensive than Criterions.

Screamers is $21.72. There are a few other new titles for less than $25.

Can anyone explain what’s going on with Shout/Scream? They’re delaying preorders for sites other than Amazon and raising prices?

But nothing like under $20, I remember buy some in Amazon for $15 like Misery. At the time I was think "oh fine, I don't need the posters, I prefer pay $15 for just the movie on amazon and avoid buy from the web site and pay more".

I just got Single White Female for $16.99 on eBay and feel pretty good about that. Wish I could get The Seventh Sign and Exorcist II: The Heretic in that price range, but those two haven't budged much since coming out.

Look back at the posts from July onward. There has been significant discussion pretty much every month since then on why shout factory has adjusted its prices and how/why some retailers have titles and others no longer carry them. Nothing has ever been confirmed but there has been enough evidence to support most of our running theories as to why things are the way they are.

Thank you! I'd never heard of Hamilton Books, but just opened up an account there. They have some pretty good deals on that site.

I've been packaging posters just like this for years, not sure what took them so long.

Mostly. There are the rare instances where they don't, maybe with all the manufacturing issues happening. I don't know much about it, though Could be over.

I got 2 copies of Trick R Treat, one with and one without shrinkwrap on the slip.

An interesting thing I've noticed, is that they're shrinkwrapping the slip AND the movie inside. Used to just be the slip.

I can confirm the SD inserts in the DC of Next Generation, but I also agree that they don't look too distracting. Looks acceptable, overall.

Think they used the Lionsgate DVD as source for the inserts?
