Actually, New Nightmare is probably the only one I've seen, but that was many years ago.

Night of the Creeps? What was that being said earlier about re-releasing the same stuff? The Sony release is/was perfectly fine - the only upgrade needed is a UHD. Easy pass for me since I also own the Eureka set.

A friend showed me this movie years ago and sadly I didn't care for it, but damn that is one sweet figure!

I could never get into it myself until just this year. I was only able to sit through the whole thing for the first time a few months back. It gets considerably more entertaining as the film goes on and I thought it was decent. Do I want to spend $30 on a double dip? nope. Would I consider a $17.99 double dip? Possibly. But barring a fluke sale this is one title I won't be picking up any time soon. At this point the Sony disc is fine for me.

Admittedly, I didn't get into horror until my late-teens (I was actually almost 20), so as a kid I only knew Atkins as Murtaugh's war buddy in Lethal Weapon. It was only later I found out he was something of a horror icon.

I hope this is true because I love the film and a Tom Atkins figure would be ... thrilling.

I do hope it has both endings though that you can watch. I actually prefer the theatrical ending and would want to watch the film with it through branching and not as an extra.

I'm thinking it's a 2 disc set as well. I believe all of the LE with 2 slip covers have been 2 disc sets. It will have to be a 4k remaster for me to double dip too.

I'm sure Sony will do that in a couple years or more.
I also have the Eureka. I've been thinking about selling since I have the Sony and the PQ is identical on both. I took a chance on it hoping it was a remaster by Eureka.

This is the first time I held off getting the bluray. (Have the DVD)
Its been really cheap as of late. Was so tempting.

The word is out and Shout Factory are asking folks on Facebook to take down their posts regarding Night of the Creeps. I wonder how long it will be until the official announcement drops. I get that having an announcement spoiled sucks, but given the fact that they are actively asking folks to not talk about it makes me think back to the Hell Night debacle and leads me to believe something has gone wrong with the release which is why it wasn't officially announced today.

Toy Fair is next weekend and it was probably supposed to be revealed there
