Solid price. I checked on the total cost to send it to the states though and shipping was 9.98 Canadian. Total price for me would have been right around $18.50 usd. A good price for a new release Scream Factory title for sure, but not a great one as I would be double dipping thanks to the Second Sight double feature. I'm gonna hold off for now especially since I am hoping to clean up during the Vinegar Syndrome Half-way to black friday sale.

Ordered Someone To Watch Over Me from Amazon at a very reasonable $23 and change. I don't know if that price reflects a barebones release that hasn't received a restoration (haven't even checked the specs) but it's a price point I'm very comfortable with. Now if only Man's Best Friend would dip a little.

My Pi Day sale, from FYE, arrived last night. Sooo happy to nab a few Scream CE’s and Select titles for super cheap.
Just waiting on my Shout order to arrive from their sale and I’m almost all caught up the titles I’ve had in my Amazon cart for what seems like forever.

You happen to order any of the hammer titles? I'm still wondering what edition I'm going to end up with.

I did not. They really aren’t my cup o’tea. Maybe that will change over time.

That's fairly stacked for a non-Collector's Edition.

My FYE order came in today as well. Blind bought 10 to Midnight and Memoirs of an Invisible Man.

A trend I'd like to see continue. The line between Collector's Edition and standard titles is blurring. If the difference is a slipcover, then let's get back to reasonable prices for (admittedly) trashy movies.

Exactly what I've been saying for months. It seems like for the past couple of years everything has been qualifying as a "collector's edition". It used to be saved for those truly stacked, stand out titles, not just a label and a slipcover.

Based on their comment on Facebook it sounded as if Shout Factory was surprised by the amount of participation they got from the cast so my guess is that they reached out to a bunch of people expecting to only get 1 or two and ended up with a lot of good interviews which is how/why this release became as stacked as it is.

Don't think it's been mentioned, but the price on this on Amazon US has dropped to $20.37. Not an insane price, but not bad either. Had been planning on passing on it, but decided to bite on that number.

My two most-anticipated releases so far this year from any label. Could potentially end up being my favorite releases this year. Only True Lies/The Abyss would top this

Although I have Prime, I saw the price drop and ordered directly from Shout($19.99). I pre-ordered the two Quatermass films to get the free shipping. I only recently started to order direct from them, as their on site prices are a bit lower than Amazon. And the insane price drops the day after release have seemed to have stopped.
