This is one of my most highly wanted blu-rays. This would be such a great Scream Factory title. I just purchased this a few weeks ago on DVD because I was looking forward to watching it. This and Silver Bullet would be ideal.

I'm really hoping we get The Lost Boys. I'd like to see any top-tier label put out TLB, but I think Scream would be the most obvious to if WB doesn't give us a 4K...

The only things I'm wishing for Scream to release are movies that haven't had a blu release in the US yet. I skipped most of there double dips this year so far. Stuff like, He Knows You're Alone, A Stranger is Watching, Eyes of a Stranger is the kind of stuff I'd like to see.

A couple of Warner titles that aren't Hammer or Lewton would be great - nothing against those categories at all, but something else would very likely confirm that Scream have agreed another deal with Warner.

I think sometimes the priorities are a little bizarre. It seems like many times a slipcover, a special edition, a steelbook, etc trump what should be the most important thing---

the movie itself with the best possible picture and sound.

This will likely happen as I literally just a 2 hours ago purchased the UK edition.

On another note though, it's surprising to me that we haven't seen photo's of this years free Pin set's that are supposedly at the Scream Factory booth. I'm not a pin fan, but I am curious to see which films were given the treatment.

I like that set. All the pins go well together and the selections are decent. Vice Squad and Valentine are a bit questionable to me but overall it looks good.

I'm fine with the current blu-ray. I won't be going UHD anytime soon. I just want to see The Road Warrior (my all time favorite film) loaded with a shit ton of extras since there's never been anything other than an old documentary. Newly commissioned art, poster, and a slip is just gravy.

I'm sure that's how SF makes money. People see some gaudy new cover art and jump for joy because they can now buy the same movie in the same resolution for the millionth time. It's not 2007 anymore bring on the goddamn UHD's.
