AOD is suited for whoever is awesome enough to release it. No limits!

Don't we usually get new SF announcements beginning of each month? Or does Comic Con count for two months?

I would love Scream Factory to release IFC Midnight's 2012 film Entrance. One of the most haunting and creepy films of the decade. It sorely deserves a Blu-ray release.

They'll start 'announcing' November's titles today, but we know them all already. Aside from the artwork, the only notable point of interest will be whether Big Trouble in Little China is a November title or pushed back to December.

I remember Shout saying that November was going to be big after a 'light' October. Are the titles revealed at CC the only ones we're getting in November?

The ones they said for November yes, according to the recent podcast. They did say there will be one or two additions to the December line-up, though I wouldn't be surprised if they were of the Hammer variety.

We should start getting the titles with specifications today I would think.

Still surprised October was as light as you would think that's the month to pack in the horror titles.

October doesn't seem to be as big a horror month as in previous years IMO. The Omen Collection is a fairly big release, at least for me, and The Blob is cool but none of these are "event" titles. Arrow's October lineup didn't impress me, either. One "big" studio title and three obscure ones, two of which are recent films. I'm counting on Vinegar Syndrome and, to an extent, Severin, to come to the rescue with some fun titles for October. Severin might come out ahead if VS's lineup veers too much into arthouse territory. Haven't been too excited about VS lately, to be honest.

Not full specs, beyond the general sense (they might make reference to a couple of new extras or the transfer, or any alternate cuts). Final specs won't follow until about six weeks before release.

Yeah. Just will be nice to see what the covers and whatnot will look like. I'm trying to remember was there only one Shout! Select title confirmed from November? I think it was Very Bad Things, but could be wrong.

Yeah I'm hoping they might surprise us with some Shout/Shout Select titles. If nothing else, I'd still love to see an upgrade of Eye of the Tiger (a title we know they have the rights for).

The Gary Busey film? Didn't know they had that one.

They released the dvd. I think it's a double feature?...maybe 4 films?

Yep, it's on one of those 4-film action marathon sets. Indeed, it's on the same one at Bulletproof, so why not a Busey double feature on Blu?

While we're at it, another of the films on those sets I'd like to see upgraded is Trackdown, but that one seems a real longshot.

VS has a horror boxset coming out in October.

I hope they announce the extras for The Omen set soon. I’m anxious to know what they are.

I'd like to see Cyclone and Eye of the Tiger get the HD treatment. Considering both Exterminator 2 and Alienator on the same set got ones I'm surprised they haven't.

I'll reserve excitement until the titles are revealed. For all I know it's an Andy Milligan collection

Has the Galaxy of Terror and Forbidden World steelbooks ship yet for those who pre-ordered directly?
