I would like to see Scream release The Stepford Wives. Plus its rather kooky sequels. They did Futureworld... Not sure what studio owns Stepford Wives but the original 70's movie is still interesting fun to watch.

Everybody would. But it is most likely not going to happen.

Due to various mergers the rights now belong to medical company Bristol-Meyers Squibb.

Supposedly BMS either have no interest in doing anything with it (it is, after all, not really their field), or they still think it is 2004 and want to charge an arm and a leg for the rights.

Either way, you better not hold your breath.

I've never seen it before, but may do a blind buy if it pops up somewhere cheap. Maybe I'll wait for HB to get it.

I like the newly revealed art for both Dracula and Road Games.

My beef with Road Games' art, however, is the fact that one can clearly see that both vehicles are in the same lane and driving towards each other.

And if that's based on a plot point in the film itself, then I'll acquiesce since I haven't actually seen it yet; it'll be a blind buy.

Yeah I remember being really shocked that Mary Lambert directed it as it was such a departure from the original Pet Sematary in pretty much every way. It's almost like Lambert was trying to spoof the concept.

I would like to see some horror titles that did not get a DVD release get BD releases from SF for titles such as The Birds 2 Land’s End, The Amityville Curse and Daddy’s Girl (William Katt was in it).

Last year SF had a sale immediately following SDCC. This year they did not. Does anyone remember if they've had Labor Day sales in the past?

Just trying to gauge how long I should wait before pulling the trigger on titles nearing 3 months since release so I don't miss out on slipcovers.

Keep checking Hamilton Books. I bought a bunch of blu's at the last SF "sale" and less than a month later about 6 of them were at Hamilton for about $5 less than I paid for them. So now I wait.....
