Heads up: It looks like Amazon is getting Shout's last stock of the recently-OOP titles. Sleepaway Camp III is supposed to be in stock on November 1, and Sleepaway Camp II on November 7. They also have Scarecrows, supposedly in stock on November 2—I ordered that one as I re-watched it on Amazon Prime and was bummed I didn't have it. It looks like Swamp Thing, Invaders from Mars and the Amityville box set are all available still as well.

Its good for those that missed out on some of these, ordered the Carrie double feature myself (just for The Rage). Hopefully these orders actually get fulfilled & not canceled.

Only time will tell. I should pick up the Carrie double feature too, though I wonder about that one as Amazon is claiming 1–5 weeks. The Rage is a fun popcorn movie—it's one I grew up watching as a kid. I'll report back on November 2nd whether or not there has been an update on my Scarecrows order.

I got my Amityville Horror trilogy in the mail yesterday. I was very pleased to find that I really enjoyed the first one. I hadn't seen it in years and I had always liked it but I got worried after hearing all of the bad reception it gets that it wouldn't hold up. Not the case at all and frankly I'm really surprised it's not better recieved. A very well done and entertaining haunted house film......hoax or not.

Part 2 didn't hold up quite as well as I remembered though unfortunately. I still enjoyed it but I never noticed how terrible some of the acting is. Namely with Rutanya Alda as the mother. Wowzers that was a bad performance

! Diane Franklin is gorgeous and she has aged wonderfully.

Amityville 3D is a flat out waste of time IMHO.

I don't get the hate for the original either. I watched it again about a month ago, and still enjoyed it.

Looking at the review of The Fan and based on what I saw of Prophecy on Prime, it looks like Paramount is providing some nice quality transfers of their films. And that's a-ok by me!

As I mentioned, I'll update when I can. We're actively in the process of renewing titles so it would be premature to say anything. Don't want to share anything until it's official.

A couple of those surprise me (say whatever you will about the films or Victor Salva, but I thought the Jeepers Creepers films were decent sellers), but oh well. I've already got the ones out of those I'd want, so I'm good.
