A hardcover book similar to Arrow's House set would be amazing.

I agree that Second Sight's release will be tough to beat despite the fact we still don't have the specs. There's not a slipcover in the world that can best a box that looks like it'll weigh about 10 pounds lol.

Possibly. Though I think I recall a beat from a recent Shock Waves podcast where they visited Severin and it was mentioned that their documentary/special features crew semi-regularly puts together features for other labels. Not saying that means it will be Scream, but don't know that that 100% rules them out either??

Not sure if this was reported already or not but "How to Make a Monster" has been delayed to July 21, 2020. It was originally slated for March 17th 2020, then delayed to May 19, 2020 and now appears to be a July release.

SF did a nice job with other boxset releases (Critters, The Fly, The Omen, etc) so I don’t see why this would be any different.

Pre-orders for the leaked/early announced 4 titles are up. Nothing else notable added. So probably just a scheduled implementation of the product pages they didn't want to change?

Pre-ordered TALES so I can get the poster (added DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS and MURDER BY DEATH from the Shout Select sale to hit free shipping). Will probably go through Diabolik for 13 GHOSTS and ORCA

Hmm, would also make sense that Severin would release Dawn here seeing as how Second Sight put out The Changeling in the UK when Severin put it out in the US. Just a thought.

Severin responded on their Facebook page that there is no chance whatsoever that they will be releasing it. Either because someone has it already, or the license is too expensive.

And it looks like Day The World Ended is off the schedule for now.

I just pre-ordered the June titles.

I love how Shout Factory sends them as they are released...just a steady IV drop of titles to my mailbox.

The only thing they teased for today was a Shout Select sale, which is happening now.

I think some people were just guessing that Friday the 13th would make a good day to reveal something new and upcoming

Which I think was their original plan until the Amazon leaks.

I also find it interesting that they announce Blu-Ray OR UHD releases instead of a combo pack scenario that I thought they had previously talked about. That, to me, certainly seems to hint toward a similar release structure here in the states. I'm willing to bet that Scream Factory does what they did with their Big trouble in Little China release and releases multiple editions of the film.

EDIT: This does not appear to be coming from scream Factory as Severin just announced that they produced a number of extras for it.
Interesting theory.
Wouldn't the 27th be the announcement of new Arrow titles? If that was the case, maybe it's Arrow (again).

Possibly, that would fit the time frame. I was convinced we were going to get an announcement today from Scream Factory since the other titles hadn't gone up yet for pre-order but then we ended up with nothing so at this point I'm back to having no idea. In all likelihood I'm probably going to buy the Second Sight UHD set anyways but it just seems so bizarre that they may be the only world wide distributors of this film.

I noticed on Rubinstein's imdb, the rights holder, that he has two new things coming out this year that could make him looks of dough. Maybe he'll feel the need to be a bit friendlier and let a North American distributor release it. Who knows?
As for the Second Sight release, it looks great but I'm not a 4K user nor do I have a region free player (but i def should get it).

I like but don’t absolutely love Dawn of the Dead so pricing will decide if I pick up the Second Sight release or not.

+1. I know that I am in the minority, but I really dig the remake.
