I could go for a Collector's Edition of The Mothman Prophecies. The german and aussie versions could certainly use an improvement and I want all their extras in one release. I've been holding out with my 2 disc dvd release. I would have thought it would be out in the US by now.

That is why I expect it to be announced with their feaux-Comic-Con stream.

Friday the 13th collection is expected to be announced - there can't be two major releases from Shout in the same year. I mean there can but there won't be

It may be a bit redundant for those whom already ordered the Second Sight release, but a Region A Blu-Ray for those whom haven't upgraded and are region locked (or for UHD owners whom want to see the extras and don't have a region free Blu-Ray player) would be welcomed. I'm not going to hold my breath for it, though.

Didn´t they mostly have more than one major release each year? Last year The Fly & The Omen Collections came out within a few months of each other and Critters & Rec the year before?

Never have I ever hoped that someone on the forums was right about something.
I hope Scream announces that. 4K and regular Blu for cavemen such as myself.
And I would hope that meant Martin as a tacked on announcement. (and wishful thinking but Bruiser would be nice)

Same. GHOST SHIP wasn't my cup of tea so I'm skipping it, but after it, THIRTEEN GHOSTS, and HOUSE ON HAUNTED HILL I'm fairly certain we'll get HOUSE OF WAX at some point (which was really more of a TOURIST TRAP remake but, that's why I liked it)

Would they ever consider doing Blood for Dracula or Flesh for Frankenstein in 3-D? Even a standard blu-ray release with any sort of new scan would be amazing!!!

I think a US Dawn of the Dead set will sell like hotcakes despite the Second Sight release. Nearly half of the comments on FB were "What about the US?".

On another note, I wonder why Scream hasn't released the Tripper on Blu-ray. I love Paul Reubens in this, and the film has some pretty cool slasher deaths.

It will sell well, but Shout would never be able to top the set that SS has coming out. It will be the 'definitive' edition. Shout puts out nice sets, but they will not go that 'extra' mile like the SS set is.

I enjoyed House of Wax as it did combined some elements of the 1953 movie and Tourlst Trap and be it's own movie like The Blob and Dawn of the Dead were of being different than their originals.

I mean House can use a 4K or 2K restoration as SF as been knocking it out on the park of their WB releases.

Honestly, at this point I'd be fine with a almost as good set. I'm tired of how this film (and Martin) have been held captive.

Paul Morrissey owns them and will not license them out.

Anyone hopes for Tales from the Darkside they will get Greg Nicotero and company for interviews, interviews with Rae Dawn Chong, James Remar, Matthew Lawrence and other crew and all? and some behind the scenes stuff like how they did the make up and creature effects?

Don't really know. His politics, maybe (in order to avoid the forum's ban on politics I will not mention what side of the aisle he falls on, but I'll just say that word is that he is quite rabid.)

The folks at Severin have often talked about wanting to do the films, but Morrissey absolutely will not license the films to anyone.

What on earth would his politics have to do with licensing films for Blu-Ray releases?
