While that would be amazing, I doubt they would want to have competition in the Halloween season with their own product. Both of these would cost a pretty penny and a lot of consumers would have to make a choice on one or the other. I doubt they would want to jeopardize their own sales.

Still, I wouldn't be surprised if we do get a NOES set in the next 12 months.

Plus, whether it's Scream or not, considering the little bits of info that slipped out that people were working on extras for new F13 releases, I'd imagine we would have seen similar tweets etc regarding someone working on a new NOES collection.

Parts 1-4 in vol. 1
Parts 5-8 in vol. 2
Parts JGTH, Jason X, F v J and F13 remake (New Line Films) in vol. 3

I hope they release a deluxe all inclusive set, each film on its own disc, in its own case with original one sheet artwork (or original VHS artwork as some of the earlier posters were just text) and a bonus disc of content. Basically a set produced just like Scream's deluxe Halloween set.

Maybe they'll also offer a less expensive standard set since they did that with Halloween.

That’s not gonna happen from Shout. It’ll be one complete boxset. Maybe a deluxe edition & regular set like the Halloween release.

I support this too but like others have said, I don't see it happening. I have little interest in JGTH onward. If this is in fact what is announced tomorrow and it isn't UHD, I'll be on the fence. Blue Underground made me weary. (I'm still debating Gates of Hell for example as I expect it to be rerelased in a year on UHD)

Yeah, I felt the same way. Jason was the one that they really portrayed as the bad ass in the film.

swallow is coming out in a couple weeks. and it sadly hasn’t gotten enough press. and people should give it a look. not horror in the traditional sense, but great lead performance.

The whole movie is about Freddy trying to come back and be relevant again. He uses Jason to kill teens, so that they can think it was him who has come back, and then fights Jason in the end because Jason wont stop taking all his kills.

I'd say that's more of a Freddy film than a Jason film.

See, I agree with your breakdown but that's exactly why it's more of an F13 flic.

We see Freddy get...what...1 kill as himself really? Every other is by Jason's hands.
