In theory could they maybe put it on one disc with the 2D transfer?

Honestly if there isn't a real 3-D version of part 3 I will probably pass on this set, I have the Tin set and all the other individual releases on Blu already.

Here’s hoping it’s something like the Halloween set. I know some didn't like it much but I thought the illustration was classy and gave the set a special look.

I love the artwork on the Halloween boxset. I'd be happy if it was something similar.

I always thought the Limited Edition Halloween collection artwork was among the best artwork SF has done.

Never realized it was divisive.

I wouldn’t say divisive, but there were some who didn’t care for it.

Scream doing a collector’s edition of a clip show documentary that already had a good transfer on a bargain bin disc instead of Mommie Dearest

I doubt it would be a collectors edition. It's probably just a standard release. And I dont own the Halloween II blu ray that includes the Terror in the Aisles special feature, but I would imagine it could use a new transfer.

I'm sure this is asked often, but it's been quite a while since I've ordered from SF.

Are they a "charge when you buy" or "charge when they ship" joint?

They place a hold on your card for a few days then give it back to you. They dont officially charge you until a few days before it ships. Unless you pay with PayPal, then you are charged automatically.

I've always been charged when I placed my order, even when I've used a credit card.

I havent pre-ordered from them in a long time, and the last time I did, they didnt charge me until it shipped. Is this something new?

I remember this very well because I placed a preorder for the Carrie limited edition slip version when it was announced but they ended up canceling my order because when it was going to ship, they charged me but I didnt have the funds on the card that day. So I ended up missing out on it

I think the last time I ore-ordered from them was either the Creepshow LE or the Trick 'r TreatCE. Whichever came out last, idr, but I wasn't charged until it shipped.

The transfer already looks great. The only minor downside is lossy audio. Still doubt it’ll be worth paying way more for a stand-alone release.

They did change it at some point. When I preordered the Nightbreed limited edition, I didn't get charged until it shipped. I remember this because I had to contact them to update the card after the limited edition had sold out. After that, I started using Paypal so that I could just go ahead and pay for my orders when I placed them instead of waiting until they got released, but for these last few months Paypal hasn't been working properly on their site, so I've been using my credit card, and I've been charged when I placed my order.

For pre-orders?

The television version has some pretty significant differences so if they were able to include that I would definitely pick it up... maybe after a price drop, though.

After seeing what the LE Halloween set goes for, I wonder how many assbutts will be buying 2 or more F13 sets at a time so they can "make bank" when the set is out of print.

I just want my one copy...that is all.
