I've been ordering regularly from Bull Moose for just over a year now and have always had my orders arrive in a box, although the most recent one that arrived yesterday was the cardboard kind with a sticky interior. I thought it was strange after nearly a year of getting boxes but perhaps they're on a shortage right now.
Although I did notice that this particular order came out of Portsmouth, HM while all my previous orders in boxes came out of South Portland, ME, so I wonder if that makes a difference. Last edited by Michael24; 07-17-2020 at 06:35 PM. |

Do we know if the Friday set is really limited to 13k copies? I feel like if it was they wouldn't be putting it on amazon.

They’ve been selective with their verbiage about that. On the one hand, they changed their wording on the site to “Deluxe” instead of “Limited” and took the liberty of upping the lithograph editions to 7,000. Yet at the same time it still says 13,000 on their Facebook announcement post.
I’d grab it from Amazon now just to be safe. That way you have time to think about it and round up the funds by the time they charge you at shipping in October. |

Hello fellas,
Has anyone ordered multiple in-stock items directly from Shout's website, and received the order incomplete? I ordered 4 items 3 weeks ago and got a shipping notification yesterday but only 3/4 are listed with the total amount paid reflecting the cost of the missing Blu-ray. It's my first time ordering from them directly, so I am not sure if this is normal and I should just wait, or if I should contact them. |

Shout doesn't advertise what's on backorder and what is not. Shipping items as they become available is their normal process. Scroll back about a month ago and you'll see countless pages of people complaining about orders they made in April and May that still hadn't arrived 6-8 weeks later. Check your order on Shout Factory and it will reflect what was shipped and what is still waiting to ship. Slither is very likely on backorder.

if you want to get the set that bad, why not just order from them directly? because if it sells out, you’re gonna have to pay way more than scream factory is offering it for?
also, everyone saying they didn’t receive an email.... i had this happen to me months ago when i ordered something. but it went to my junk folder. and i just emailed shout and they resent the email. there was no need to try and contact paypal or by bank. that’s not hard. but sure. listen to the internet randos and not from the company themselves. |

7,000 were reserved for their exclusive, but I can't imagine once that sells out that they won't have "regular" (non poster) copies for sale - which means Retailers will get, just a guess, 10,000 copies. Another guess, this print run is contractually limited, and they won't be able to print any more - that's based off the contract they had for the Halloween set. Again just fan speculation but I'm basing my guesses on the way the Halloween set was handled, which has a similar issue in that multiple Studios were involved in licensing the rights. |

Any guesses as to how Scream will screw the F13 collection up? My guess is it'll be something stupid, like a missing frame in the uncut version of Jason Goes To Hell or a 20 second audio error on part VII when it gets good.
Don't look at me like that. You know you're all thinking the same thing I am. |

Instead of the actual F13 disks the sets will contain the NOES disks. |

I don't think that's going to happen.
Plus, it's no one's fault if an error happens and even if there is they'll fix it lickety-split. That's why Shout! is a great company; they care about their customers. |
