There's Sleepaway Camp IV: The Survivor that most have never seen and exists in portions in an old boxset and possibly a 70 minute completed form if it can be found but I consider "Return" to be part 4. At least it's the only missing Sleepaway I'm interested in seeing released on Blu.

But Scream could include the alternate version of the movie. I haven't seen it, but I hear it is 90 minutes of Christian Bale saying "DON'T" over and over.

The Survivor was "released" on DVD years ago, but it was basically just the old footage from the unfinished movie wrapped around clips of the first three SC films. Definitely for completists only, and would have been much better served as a supplement on another release, in my opinion.

I'm a bit hazy on it now since it's been so long since I suffered through it but it's basically 85 minutes of two detectives pacing around uttering nonsense while sipping coffee from ceramic mugs. I remember the back cover of the VHS saying it was an in-name-only "homage" to Fulci's masterpiece so whoever put that package together was obviously a big Fulci fan and somehow got the go-ahead to slap the made-up title on some random DTV flick. I haven't seen any mention of the film anywhere since the late 90's.

EDIT: Apparently a DVD was released in 2016 but I caution everyone to stay FAR away from this lol

I'm just surprised to see Mila Kunis did a commentary track for that movie. Was it just 90 minutes of her talking about how terrible it is?

Question about ordering direct from the Shout site, if you put in an order for a couple of movies do they tend to ship all in one box or ship separately?
I’m trying to weigh up the best place to order from that won’t cost an arm & a leg in shipping to Ireland. I’ve tried WOWhd but they don’t have what I’m after unfortunately. I can get something shipped to a forwarding address but it’s 15.99 per parcel that comes so if they ship all separately I’d get roasted in fees.

I'd buy that in a second, it's amazingly terrible and I love it. The bit with the baby jumping through that hole in the ceiling towards the end is one of the funniest things I've ever seen.

There's a pretty solid slasher, "Bad Dreams" from 1988 that I'm sure would do well for SF. I yanked my imported Code 88 BD out a few days ago and it holds up well.

Kind of NOES-Lite, but fun.

Bad Dreams was released on Blu-ray by SF several years ago; it's a double feature with Visiting Hours.

p.s. I never thought it was like NOES at all.

Might double dip just for Visiting Hours(lol). Visiting that page, I saw they have Escape from LA out now(horrible Escape from New York sequel).

Do any of the gurus here know if there's a BD release of Love Me Deadly or Murders Love Killers Too?
