I apologize if this has been answered because I asked it before. Scream Factory, is there a chance we could get a Collector's Edition of COMA (1978) starring Genevičve Bujold and Michael Douglas?
I love those 'hospital horrors' films. Even though this is more of a drama/thriller. |

I'm just happy we're getting something in November and the rumors of nothing being announced turned out to be untrue. If there were months that I'd prefer be light its November and December anyways as we'll have a bunch of sales to look forward to and Christmas shopping is always pricey for me anyways. I'd love a full slate of announcements but I'm ok with 1 or two if that's all we get.

Is The Relic the OOP 1997 movie? Or is it the new Relic movie from IFC that came out this year? |

![]() Coma is a good enough thriller to qualify for a Criterion release but, yeah, I'd take any upgrade over what we currently have. Also, I can't stand to look at the awful photoshopped cover. There's a great poster for this already available - why they chose that garbage for a cover is beyond me. |

Shout is really starting to baffle me lately, even though they’ve been my favorite label. They have access to more studio content than any other label and that slate is the best they can do?

The only thing that interests me for November is Brides of Dracula, but I'm fine with a lighter month. I've been playing catch up on my purchases all year, which is fine with me because I always seem to have something new to watch. But it gives me a chance to pick up something else I may have overlooked in the past.
With all of the out of print announcements that have been made recently, I've been going through their back catalog, looking for titles that seem interesting that I may have overlooked. I recently picked up Blood and Lace (Diabolik still has a few copies, along with some of the other out-of-print titles, if anyone is interested), The House that Screamed, Grave of the Vampire, and the Count Yorga movies. I also tracked down some of the other out of print titles that I regretfully didn't pick up when I had the chance, such as the Blacula, Destroyer/Edge of Sanity, and Murders in the Rue Morgue/Dunwich Horror double features. Scream Factory releases so many titles that it's easy for me to overlook something I had never heard of only to discover it later. |

I've also said this about Arrow in another thread: one of the other reasons (besides COVID-related issues) Scream Factory may be having "light" months may have something to do with work on their huge Friday the 13th set consuming most of their time and energy, not to mention money. In Arrow's case, that gargantuan Gamera set, by the looks of it, took a LOT of time to plan and execute. That was just released, plus they have the Graveyard of Honor set coming next month. Arrow and Shout may be taking breaks and going "light" in the months ahead, which is perfectly understandable. We'll just have to get our fix from the myriad other labels still kicking strong, like VS. I think VS will make up for others' shortcomings this Fall.
