I am way ahead of you on that… I use special wipes that are meant for eyeglasses that will wipe away “scratches” that are actually residue...this unfortunately is not that...these are actual scratches.

I only had to get a replacement once, years ago, but it was a very good experience. My copy of Prison arrived pretty beat up - damaged slipcover, cracked case and scratched DVD. Only the Blu-ray was good. I only asked for a replacement DVD, but they asked me if I needed the case and slip as well. All were sent to me at no charge. They were very polite and it was a great experience overall. I didn't even need to send anything back. I know they are very busy now during the pandemic, but I'm sure they will respond and take care of your replacement. I hope it gets resolved.

Thanks man. I was about to bite the bullet and order another copy from Amazon (at least I would get it in a couple of days) because then I could Frankenstein the best parts and then get rid of the rest...but I don't exactly feel like dropping another $60.

Carrie, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2, Escape From New York and Manhunter were my essentials among the ones going OOP. I know Child's Play and Mad Max were on that list as well, but Mad Max is coming from Kino Lorber soon so if you missed it, that's not a big deal.

Maybe because it's a kids film? I mean idk they have said no to some other random things before. Sometimes VS acts like they have standards and it's like you guys do remember you released *insert random boring dull movies that nobody has a kind word to say about here* right??

I'm still going to hold out hope for it. One man's trash is another man's treasure. I'm sure there's stuff in your catalogue I'd never buy... doesn't mean the people who want a title on Blu-ray shouldn't get it just because some people hate it.

We're all still waiting for many titles to release on Blu-ray, whether it be domestically or just on Blu-ray at all. At the end of the day it's about $$$, though. So whether you like it or not, if VS - or any other company that has the rights and can but won't release a film - doesn't consider it a project worth investing time and money in, it won't happen. If we're talking about My Mom's A Werewolf it's not difficult to see why they wouldn't bother with it.

Well bro looked at the trailer and you can count me in! Looks fun and stupid ( Sometimes I dont want to have to think to watch something ), I'll get it and have a great time and the family will love it. I am pretty sure I saw it on tv.back in the day too, nostalgic feeling to me. Hopefully Severin Kids will get it if others dont.
