I used the contact form. It took about 2 weeks for them to respond (this is was in January, pre-COVID). They emailed me back asking for my address, then emailed me again about a week later telling me that they were going to ship me a new case and art.

My Pumpkinhead 4k steelbook and poster should have been delivered today but they returned it to sender because of an invalid address, which doesn't make sense. My address is valid!

So I'm drinking.

All I asked for was a replacement case with an insert and they blew me off. Why should Grindhouse Video have to eat the cost?

How long did it take SF to respond? I sent them an e-mail two days ago and other then the auto response, I haven't heard a proper reply!!!

Interesting. My set has 2 copies of the first film and no Freddy vs Jason. I ordered from Diabolik and emailed Jesse about this and he told me any issues related to the box set will be handled by Shout. I wonder if i will receive the same email?

That was the response I got from him as well. I am going to email Shout I guess, but it seems a waste of time.

Edit: I did contact Shout through their Contact form on their site. If I had only has issues with one or 2, I may have let it go, but I had a lot of issues. Parts 1,2,3,4,6,7,8, Jason Goes to Hell, Freddy vs Jason, and Friday the 13th remake all had torn or mangled cover art. 1,2,4,6,7,8, Jason Goes to Hell, Jason X, and the Bonus Disc 1 all have scratches and/or pitting on the discs. Part 2 and Jason X have broken cases. So, maybe they will help me out. From the response above, I'm not hopeful.

I pre-ordered the 4K UHD Blu-ray of Prince of Darkness.

I ordered the less expensive package at first, saw the shipping charges, then rolled my eyes and ordered the 4K disc plus the vinyl single with free shipping.

The soundtrack single will be a cool thing to own, especially since I have a turntable again as of a couple of months ago.

I did the same! And I tacked on HOW TO MAKE A MONSTER, which had also been previously canceled by Target. Keep your fingers crossed, my friend. We need to defeat the cancel happy bots at Target and get all this horror goodness!
