Anyone know the best place to contact Scream Factory to suggest a title? Want to suggest Alone in the Dark (1982)

To be honest I doubt there's any need to suggest it - I'm sure it's high on their radar and if they can grab it from WB they will.

Orange County is a Paramount title, and Shout! also has access to their library, I do suspect Paramount themselves will release this as one of those SRP $12.99 titles.

I don't see SF releasing Orange County. But lucky for us, Paramount has beeen releasing some of their catalog titles as of late so we could probably end up seeing this one soon for about $9.99 like Popeye.

As long as Scream Factory is going down the 4K UHD route with some of their existing titles, maybe they can give Cat People (1982) a go in the format.

Got my UHD of They Live today from Scream. Super fast priority mail shipping. Came in the long box with the rolled poster, item and a strange little item that looks like a gumball might be in it. Says OBEY on the black wrapper, a nice touch. In honor of the quick shipment and the fact it's Screams (not shout's) first UHD, this goes to the top of the unwatched pile and on the spinner tonight!! I hope this early shipment and non-media mail continues. So far 2021 started off nice for me from Scream..

Count me in as another one who'd love to see Orange County on Blu-ray. I'm not much for teen comedies, but that's one I enjoy a lot and can see some of my own teen self in.

All I know is, with Kong VS Godzilla coming out in May, either Scream or Paramount better announce Kong '76 on Blu-ray. Preferably with a new 4K scan.

Yeah, I'm not a big fan of teen comedies, but Orange County holds a special place for me. It come out in 2002 about graduating High School and 2002 is when I graduated High School. It's not the greatest film, but the nostalgia level is high for me with that one.

Same here. I was passionate about writing (still am, still suck) and this movie gave me some inspiration. Think I'll revisit the DVD tonight...

Got to my UHD copy of They Live last night and was very pleased. I do not have the UK release, but I assume it was the same transfer used. I thought it looked fantastic in Dolby Vision. Highlights were really on point and the grain looks so beautiful in motion. The Atmos track was very nice with good separation when needed. No doubt a hefty upgrade from the original blu. I did not view the blu that came with it, but it does have different art, so I assume it id from the newer 4K transfer, but can not confirm. Did not pre-order Prince of Darkness from Shout, but rather elsewhere. Hopefully this one turns out great too.

Would be silly if it was locked when every other 4k release is region free and it's already been released overseas and is region free and would be pointless to lock it.

If Scream has King Kong '76 (which I hope they do) I'm guessing it will be part of their May line up and we should find out in February. If not, Paramount better release it.

I don't think the region free thing for 4k blu was mandatory and is up to the labels if they want to region lock. But like I said it's kind of pointless for Scream to lock it since the movie has already been released in other countries.
