I've been on a Charlton Heston kick, lately, and was JUST thinking about "The Awakening" the other day!

I'll get both of these!

I'll be getting both of these. I'm assuming more titles to come as there isn't a collectors edition yet.

Given the titles they're also adding for June - including an IFC - this may be it. A little disappointing after last month, but at least there's two more new-to-Blu WB titles.

If that's the case (which I hope it isn't) then lets see what the Shout Select line might also offer.

Looks like that might be it, unless they're spacing announcements out again. The Awakening and Sphinx are exciting but without a A-game CE it's kind of a weak month. Though still the second best month of announcements this year.

It's a shame they didn't go for the WB Egypt trifecta and announce The Mummy Lives.

Pretty crazy as to how many Warner Brothers titles Shout is getting into. Must have been a massive deal.

I think these are the first true Warner Archives titles (i.e. titles that went straight to the MOD program with no prior Warner DVD releases) that Shout! Factory has picked up.

Would like to have gotten the 1933 version of Sphinx with Lionel Atwill. But I guess SF isn't doing classic horror anymore.

Will pick up The Awakening though.

The leaner June after a packed May (for Scream and Shout Select) might have been scheduled with the concern that a couple of May's titles could well be delayed, so I understand the thinking there, Shout don't want to run before they can walk after what's gone on (and is indeed still going on). Hopefully July is more like May.
