But at least you're getting the movie anyway. However, it wouldn't be wise to basically shit on a show's fanbase that's so beloved.

I didn't do that. I've said that I don't like the show because I find it disrespectful, never said anything against those who like it.

Sorry guys, I did not realise my summary of the podcast caused all that. haha.
If I remember correctly, He says, in the interview, that there is a big feature they got for IMM, and then he gets cut off and says that he can't announce it yet. Which made me think MST3K.

I am still excited, regardless. Bummed about Vagrant and Godsend, but its cool I guess. Those were the only two titles I had flat out never heard of before.

Nice to see that someone copied and pasted my list lol...
and to see that I was pretty spot on with some of it.

Just out of curiousity, who was it? haha.

Anyone else think that I Come in Peace and Night of the Comet should have been reserved for December? They are both Christmas movies, no matter unconventional they might be.

No, no, it's not your fault. But if it's something big, then I'm interested knowing what it is. You know, I actually requested The Vegrant to be reviewed by the Nostalgia Critic just recently in celebration of its upcoming DVD release.

I requested it because the joke writes itself already, he could feature a homicidal Chester A. Bum.

Does anyone know who currently has the rights to THE GATE and THE GATE 2? Was thinking how that could be a terrific double feature BD for Scream Factory in the future.

Also: Very heartened to hear that they're still trying to get CURTAINS. That would be the holy grail of gets as far as I'm concerned.

I believe "The Gate" is still with Lionsgate. They did a terrific DVD edition a few years back. Pity it never made it to Blu-ray

and, has anyone at Shout actually decided on what they are gonna call it, "X Ray" or "Hospital Massacre"?

It would be cool if The Fog had a longer than most feature on John Carpenter or Jamie Lee (hopefully she would do this one, as it is better known and received than the others of hers Scream has released), maybe that is the big thing that he was talking about on the podcast.

He said there was :
"a feature that the fans are going to go crazy for, and you don't even have to be a fan of 'The Fog', you are still going to love it!..."

Thank you. As I said, the jokes write themselves should such a review come about.

And perhaps the so-called feature will be dealing with someone important, perhaps?

possibly on 'The Fog', but with IMM, I am leaning towards maybe an Irwin Yablans / A.I.P thing, but who knows... I might be way off.

If it's AIP related, perhaps it's some sort of documentary?

It was made by Alliance Entertainment, so it's a Lions Gate property 'till the end of time.

I think the Horror Show does have a really good fan base from what I recall... probably along the lines of the House series fans and popular like the Town that Dreaded Sundown. I know fans of the House series have wanted this, the 3rd installment to be on DVD or Blu Ray for awhile.

Okay. If they (Shout) say so.

Anyway, or perhaps the IMM combo pack is bound to be something about say Rick Baker or Dick Smith?

I thought the 'feature' comment was in reference to The Fog, not Incredible Melting Man:

Although I don't understand how people who aren't fans of The Fog would have any interest in any extra on The Fog, unless perhaps it was a historical documentary on pirate curses/legends or something?

He mentions at one point, something about a big feature for Incredible Melting Man, but cuts himself off because he can't say it.

As for the second one, Jamie Lee Curtis

The extra surprise has to be an interview with Rick Baker on the IMM!
