I've lived all over with cold, hot, and temperate weather. Personally, I love living in southern California and will happily endure dry, but really hot summer months for 9 solid months of beautiful temperate weather. Plus, nothing says Haddonfield, Illinois in the fall like Pasadena, California in the spring.

Pasadena is a nice city. You have some good restaurants and bars on Colorado Blvd. (Old Town Pasadena)

Definitely, check these sites out. I've VERY unobtrusively ridden thru a couple of different Halloween seasons. It's still pretty warm here in October, but mornings can be pretty crisp and it gets you right in the mood...

Agree 100%. This is a huge reason why I decided to move back to Michigan cause I missed autumn weather (and how the state goes all out for the best holiday ever).
