If Amazon is still doing comingled stock then it would be possible to get a copy that a third party seller sent in for FBA even when ordering direct from Amazon.

And if this is a new thing they are doing, what's even weirder is my Beavis and Butthead Do America blu ray arrived today as well, and even though that does not come with a slipcover, it did not have that sticker. (not to mention they shipped that one in a plastic bag with smiley faces instead of their usual bubble mailers)

My copy from Amazon had that sticker too, but mine was a bit more difficult to take off. It didn't leave any residue because I removed it carefully, but it was stuck on there pretty good. My copy of Malignant came in yesterday too, and it didn't have a sticker on its slipcover.

These Amazon stickers are showing up on all products. Looks to be some kind of inventory, order picking thing for warehouses. Product comes in, sticker attached, scanned and put on shelf, when ordered product is picked, sticker scanned out, shipped.

I'm getting in early here. Gonna start collecting these stickers now so I don't have to get these early ones off eBay for crazy inflated prices in a couple years.

I like the shorter barcode and the absence of a space in "NewItem" is a nice touch I wasn't expecting.

Ordered the Krampus 4K from Shout before checking to see if Amazon had it in stock. Not only was it in stock, it was $7 cheaper

I feel like I was punched in the gut.

I'm going to be carefully selective with Shout UHDs. They're pretty pricey and, in many cases, some titles have already had a release overseas. I usually go with the first out of the gate.

Hey when a collectors edition goes out of print.. and they no longer have the rights.. does that mean they can't re release it down the road on 4k uhd?

They might be able to attain the rights again, but I don't know if they are willing to get rights again if they are willing to let it go OOP.

While not as good, I was wondering if they might have snagged an interview with Bryan Cranston, who worked on the film as a special-effects assistant. Walt was 'the danger', after all...

Some are speculating some kind of Tarantino involvement, though I'd prefer Cranston.
