Would be cool if Scream Factory could/would get the 4-film Mirror Mirror (1990) franchise for Blu-ray.

Dark Force released the first 2, not sure if there’s any issues with 3 & 4.

Basically repeating what the two posters before me have said - have checked the Blu-ray.com database, and label Dark Force released the first two Mirror Mirror films on Blu-ray in the States. Don't know about the third and fourth films (I'm not sure if I've heard about this horror film series before, but BluPat thank you for asking about these films (going to put the DF releases of the first two on my list of horror film Blu-ray releases I want to get).

No problem! My husband has the DVD set from 100 years ago lol. I thought it would be something different if one of the boutique labels could release a collection.
If I'm not mistaken, PJ Soles is in one of them and Mark Ruffalo has a small part too.

PJ Soles is in the fourth one. Mark Ruffalo is in the second along with Roddy McDowell & Veronica Cartwright.

I think I heard Dave from Dark Force was involved with making at least one of the films - if so, he would be the one to ask.

I really liked both Mirror Mirror films and was plesantly surprised by how good both were on my initial viewings. I would definitely be down for a release of 3/4 in some capacity.

I wonder if Arrow or 88 Films could put out all 4 in a set in the UK.

Ya know, I actually like both parts 1 and 2 enough that I'd actually consider importing a set like that. That said, Dark Forces did a fine enough job on the first two that I actually wouldn't have a problem with them releasing the last 2 if they could match that same level of quality.

No film elements for 3 and 4 apparently. Though 4 did have some sort of theatrical release or festival showing.

Noticed Scream Factory TV was playing John Carpenter’s Dark Star the other day. I wonder if we’ll be seeing a collectors edition released at some point?

Shout Factory does love all things Carpenter and so anything is certainly possible when it comes to their interest, however it is worth noting that Shout Factory does often acquire streaming distribution licenses for films which have their physical media rights with another label and so I wouldn't read too much into anything playing on ShoutTV, ScreamTV, or CultTV.

Does Shout actually have the rights to Sorority House Massacre 2 or is that just a rumor? I wonder what’s holding up a new release

With it turning 20-years-old, I wonder why The Mothman Prophecies hasn’t seen a release.

I'm digging the Imprint release that came out recently.

Scream/Shout has stated that they do not have the rights and that seems to be true based on a list of titles they did acquire that was posted earlier in this thread. But that leaves us with the question of who does have the rights? I’m so tired of waiting for sorority house massacre two and hard to die that I may begin selling them myself and just waiting to see who sues me to find out who has the rights.
