Do we know for sure it's coming from SF though? It's been OOP for a while and at this point another label could have licensed it, thinking of Vinegar Syndrome or Kino.

Yes agreed... I find it hard to believe that this is the only announcement coming... especially since August and September were packed

I did find a SF release for Shaun the Sheep Farmageddon. Not a Scream demographic title, but I'm glad it's coming out in the US finally

edit: No page yet, but pretty sure there will be an Ocean Waves steelbook (Studio Ghibli)

A random import listing for Running Man is a few pages after RotlD so that's a possibility (not sure if from Shout or Paramount)

Most of the Shudder Originals are released on RLJE under their Shudder Original line. There have been a few that have had random releases on other labels (Koko-di Koko-da was released on Dark Star Pictures and La Llorona will be released by Criterion)

Oh, OK. I just preordered an upcoming French steelbook under the alternate title "Sacrifice". Gotta add this one to my collection. A solid horror film with a truly haunting ending.

Hope they announce Halloween 6 soon as part of their 4K UHD October releases. I'm really sweating this one out!

not very surprising... it's a meh sequel that really isn't very popular.

I couldn't agree more.. I really want to love it.. I just dont.... but it's a required taste... and would happily buy it again on 4k... Solely because it is the sequel..

I kinda dig how vastly different the trilogy is (Yes it's a trilogy, 4 and 5 do not exist). First one is a dark horror comedy, the second is a slapstick horror comedy and the third is a straight up gory horror film.

They haven't gotten any 4K rights from Warner yet, so no, no surprise.

But that opportunity still exists. Just because they didn't do it for October 2022 doesn't mean they won't ever do it.
