I guarantee you would hate me and my cheap nature. I wasn't able to retire at 41 because I spent a lot of money on Blu-rays, that's for sure.

I didn't think they would box them up. But I got it for Curse (Love the atmosphere) & H2O. If they would've released them individually, I would've waited for a sale to grab Resurrection for completest sake.

I also received that 20% off coupon and used it on Child's Play 1-3 + posters and 2 slips but canceled the order tonight, not a big enough Chucky fan to want those. I only want Curse so i wonder if it would be worth it to use the coupon on H6-8 and sell off H20 and Resurrection + posters?

Sorry if I missed it but have there been any theories as to who gets a discounted code? Is it people who've ordered direct from Shout? I've ordered Funhouse from Best Buy but did order the Chucky films direct.

I don't think you'd have trouble selling off H20. Resurrection might be a longer wait, I guess it depends on the price point. Posters I don't know about. You're best bet on the posters would be to sell them on eBay.

My understanding if you are subscribed to their newsletter you got one sent to your email. Not everyone received the same discount. Highest was 20%, lowest was 5%.

I'd buy H20 off someone that doesn't want it. Just can't bring myself to drop 80-90 dollars on just H2O.

Curious to see if SF will get the rights to and release Friday the 13th sequels and Nightmare on Elm Street in UHD in the future. I hope they are aware of the demand for Jaws sequels and hasn’t given up on getting the rights to release these and NOES films.

If they can, they will. We know Scream loves a re-issue/re-release of the same titles, so a 4K of Friday The 13th fllms boxset is likely if available to do so.

If they do release a Nightmare On Elm Street boxset, they may as well go 4K. Would be a waste if not, especially since they are now doing more 4K's.

I wonder if it’s a going to be a new BD scan for the Paramount presents line or just another recycled reprint

If I place an order for the Child’s Play set & the Halloween set, do they ship separately as each become available or will I be waiting till October for both of them?

Yeah, I have the tiny Blu-ray collection set, and unless it's a 4K upgrade, I'm not buying it. Love NOES, but at this point, as you said, a Blu release would be silly. With F13th, a Blu-ray set made sense, as the box set was OOP. But the NOES set can be purchased for like 20 or less on sale.

Especially now that you have to pay taxes twice. First when you buy then when you sell it. I've been trashing stuff that could've found new homes. Cheaper and less of a hassle that way.

I love how they make it look like they’re offering you something special when they are literally charging extra for service you should be getting in the first place and clearly looking for a way out of replacing damaged items for those who didn’t pay for “insurance”. Don’t ever change Scream Factory.
