I really need to get caught up on Scream titles. I haven't picked up any since Death Valley, but I've loved all 6 I bought.

Prison is my most wanted right now. I have fond memories of watching that when I was about 13.

Yes, Jeff and I are equal partners in the Scream Factory brand. We came up with it together. We both have equal say... and Jeff is a HUGE part of Scream Factory's success. We both work our asses off. It's basically a two-man show.

I do not just do "acquisitions".
I produce the discs, usually about four titles a month... not just Scream titles.

I'm in charge of what goes on the disc and I oversee the special features producers work and am the executive producer on each special feature. I have final say on all content.
I also oversee all Shout/Scream film transfers... those that we transfer from film to tape. We don't do new transfers on everything. I approve and oversee all authoring work too.

So, I'm a lot more than just acquisitions as I was so simply refered to.
Thank you Sir for all you do. I know that without the two of you we wouldn't have half of the wonder titles we have nor the amount of special feature we have. Scream is a great company and has helped me out in the past with any problem that I had. Keep up the good work.

Thank you so much, Cliff! I really appreciate all the great work you guys at Scream Factory are doing. I'm currently catching up on your current releases, and have all your upcoming ones pre-ordered, and honestly can't wait to see what else you guys having coming in the pipeline for the rest of 2013 and beyond. You guys definitely rock!

Exactly. Image's release of Hellraiser and Children of the Corn were inferior, not only in terms of extras, but also in picture quality, to the previous Anchor Bay releases, and Arrow had a better release of Vamp. Considering that was their first wave, along with The Hills Have Eyes and Hellraiser 2, it's easy to see why the Midnight Madness Series didn't take off.

After reading a bunch of the recent posts I can't help but comment:

I stopped buying DVDs a few years ago.

With one exception -- Shout Factory discs. I have picked up every single MST3K set Shout has put out, as well as most of the Corman discs that didn't make it to Blu-ray, and now these great wacky 4 packs that are appearing for under $10.

So I guess you must be doing something right!

I was on youtube and was thrilled to find a trailer for the 1981 film "Shock Treatment" (a horror-comedy-musical sequel to the 'Rocky Horror Picture Show') with Jessica Harper and pretty much the entire core cast of the original. It even extends the story-line of Brad and Janet.

It's fun and FOX, and I would love to have it on Blu-Ray from Scream. It would probably sell pretty well too, with the built in audience from Rocky Horror!

Scream factory is definitely the best thing going for horror releases, they have the full package, movies I'm sure most of us never thought we would see on blu with lots of great extras and artwork, and they just keep getting better! Much thanks, respect and love, you guys are great! Keep up the good work and I'll keep giving you my money .

They definitely are proof that there is still hope for so-called "Forgotten Films", like Silent Madness 3D for example.

Movies that never even made it to DVD, like "The Horror Show", "Hospital Massacre", and "Schizoid" are coming out on BD! I take that that as a sign of things to come.

Think about this, the Scream Factory heyday hasn't even started (hopefully). They have just begun! Imagine when the other major studios warm up to them, which we are all praying will happen soon, and when the indie owners decide they are gonna let Shout have a shot at their films!!

I can not wait to see what the future, near and distant, has to hold for this label.

Agreed. UK ROTLD was a terrific investment. It's the only import, steelbook, and "Region B" blu-ray I own. It's really almost too good to be true -- I mean, including the original audio track in lossless? Who'd have guessed we'd get that?

And add me to the list of fellows who will continue to buy any and every Scream Factory title I can get my hands on. You guys do great work.

Really looking forward to Night of the Comet, The Fog and a new transfer of Day of the Dead.

And Ninja 3!

Taken from the FB page:

Special features for Ninja III: The Domination

- Audio Commentary with Director Sam Firstenberg and Stunt Coordinator Steve Lambert, moderated by Robert Galluzo.

- Photo Gallery with rare behind-the-scenes photos from the Director.

We did try to get Lucinda Dickey's involvement but it didn't come together unfortunately after several attempts.

Please note that we were unable to find a theatrical trailer that was even in passable condition to present on our discs. We mention this only because our wrap went to print that calls out we have the trailer, which we do not.

I was in the NYC cast of Rocky Horror for three years and was fortunate enough to see a floor show cast of Shock Treatment at an NYC Rocky convention. There's been enough fan made extras, as well as the commentary on the Shock Treatment DVD (by Mad Man Mike and the president of the Rocky fan club) that Scream could give us a truly glorious blu ray experience if they did their homework (which their previous blu rays show they clearly do).

I wish they would get the 1979 version of Salem's Lot.

I have tried to find the rights holder for SILENT MADNESS for many years, but no luck

I remember seeing it as a double bill with Rocky Horror in the mid-90s at a Theater in Boston. It was great. Shock Treatment is a classic. Phantom too!
