A friend of mine periodically makes rather big orders from Diabolik, and his last order came very shoddily packaged and with everything banged up. The packaging has always been one of the main reasons to use Diabolik, so of course he was quite irritated. According to Jesse they have now hired some staff to handle all packaging and shipping. My friend was told to email Jesse whenever he makes an order, so Jesse could handle it himself. |

I haven't noticed any drop in quality with Diabolik's packaging but they do tend to sit on orders noticeably longer before they ship out. I've had to "nudge" them to ship in-stock orders on at least one occasion. It's good that they've taken on extra staff to help out. Hopefully they train them well.

I have a lot of packages delivered and fortunately this doesn't happen too often. I have had packages delivered to me that should have gone to a different address and once I had a neighbor down the street bring me a package that had been delivered to him instead of me.

It's been over a month now since Scream announced their last two exclusives, and given there's only one release window left in the month, if anything is coming for October it'll have to be announced very soon. Hopefully they have a couple of horror titles planned.

With all the QC problems they've had over the past couple years, SF does deserve credit at least for responsive customer service. They've always responded to my issues within a couple business days and sent replacement items within a week (always without questioning or resisting any of my requests). At least that's my experience. Others may vary. ...that said, though, it is still annoying to have to go through that rigamarole so often.
