I got two more from my Shocktober order shipped, but I never received got an email that Ravenous was shipped I was checking my orders and saw that it was shipped, and I got an email that The Manitou was shipped, got 6 left in my order to go

Last weekend, watched the "uncut version" of the original My Bloody Valentine from Shout's Blu-ray release (and the first time I'd seen it in full. Prior to this, I saw bits of it from a TV screening (on what used to be Horror Channel UK (now called Legend). I can see why it's considered one of the best slasher horrors. On the whole, I loved it and there was very little I disliked.

Prior to watching it finally, I thought I'd

[Show spoiler]read something about the story which I wanted to keep unspoiled about. In the end, I was relieved to discover I hadn't.

Thought it was well written the story (misdirections and twists and some inventive bumping-off scenes), and some of the best things about it for me were the exterior filming locations. I liked the music score also (used sparingly at times).

Thought I might have recognised the actor who played the town's mayor (Larry Reynolds), but I definitely recognised Don Francks (playing the Chief of Police, I can remember seeing him guest star in an episode of the original Mission: Impossible TV series (about chess).

I'd check it just to be sure, but I'm sure it's just an isolated incident. The only other time I had a damaged/defective set they were pretty good about replacing it, so I'm not too worried

I'm still waiting on my final order. They sent me one disc from it, Of Unknown Origin, which hasn't arrived yet. I honestly don't like this one by one approach. I'd prefer that they send them all at once in a box, like they did with most of my first big order.

Agreed. Part of the reason I posted that shipping update was to make sure everything had been shipped lol. Having 7 different shipments for 9 blus was starting to confuse me.
Pretty sure If I go back and look at the tracking history, everything shipped from 2, maybe 3 different locations. Obviously I would have preferred 2-3 bulk shipments rather that the 7 individual ones lol.

I posted earlier that I didn't even realize one movie was missing from my first big sale order when I received it, Piranha II. It eventually shipped separately. I think it arrived yesterday.

Counter to most of the experiences I've read so far... my entire order came in one big box a week or so back. Everything was in there except, of course, for the t-shirt that isn't supposed to ship until December.

I wish Shout would start releasing some more new movies instead of everything being converted to 4k.

I wish they would do more making of documentaries for their releases. I remember the first scream factory disk I ever bought was the Halloween 2 blu ray. It had a making of featurette with all of the cast that was almost as long as the movie itself. It feels like they never have anything like that anymore.

now it is all talking heads. I would rather see them all edited together to tell one long story instead of 10 different interviews.

Are you talking about the shocktober sale? If so, I still have 4 titles and 2 sets that haven't shipped yet. I only got 4 out of the 10 selections I ordered.
