They frame it as though they "found" more copies, so I do wonder if it'll simply go back to OOP status once those sell out.

We found a few more copies of THE ANNE BANCROFT COLLECTION, so they've been added back to our site!

I have zero expectation its anything different than what the European market has a been getting for years. And same goes for Razorback.

Razorback was already announced to be the same as the Umbrella release with a new commentary, but with the Not Quite Hollywood interviews omitted.

That would be unfortunate if true. I'm hoping at a minimum that the Scream Factory disc corrects the aspect ratio.

Looks like WB's rights on "Femme Fatale" had expired (Microsoft and Amazon also had stopped selling this film digitally.)

I guess Scream Factory's Blu-ray will be OOP very soon.

I'm surprised Umbrella and now Shout haven't done a composite cut for Razorback.

Using VHS quality footage? This kind of stuff usually doesn't bother me but when the downgrade in PQ is this severe I gotta draw a line I'm just happy some of the cut footage will be made available.

Ah, I wasn't sure if it was an actual VHS or a tape master like with Silent Night Deadly Night. I guess that would be too jarring.

Thoughts on the chances of getting a 4K release for John Carpenter's Vampires?

I'd say low, if only for the reason that Sony doesn't allow other studios to create new masters (thus far) and so Scream Factory would only be able to release what Sony provides them. When it comes to 4k I'd think Sony would take a crack at that themselves before they let another studio release a 4k disc.

wonder if Scream will follow the same date as the past two years for the Feb Sale today? My wallet says no but my heart says yes!

Same transfers. And I value interviews over commentaries, so in that regard its a downgrade, I have the Umbrella.

You raise a good point. Sony didn't consider the Craft a title worth pursuing apparently and so perhaps there is hope for a Scream Factory edition of Vampires. I'm curious if Sony feels the Carpenter name is a big enough draw for them to want to hang onto it though.

Oh, man, I hope so, though I don't expect the sales prices to differ much from the recent sales prices on Amazon. Would love them to do another sale with 50% off the SRP, like they did for their Tenth Anniversary, but that won't probably happen again.

I lost the vast majority of my two huge sales orders from the Tenth Anniversary sale in transit, as someone from the courier stole the package. That was $600 down the drain.

I was bummed the sale didn't happen yesterday...i am hoping sometime soon since they always do the Feb sale. My largest fear is someone steals one of my boxes of movies. that sucks you lost that much.

Can't seem to access much of their site this morning. I can get on, but when I click to see more details, it says it cannot be reached. Anyone else having this problem? Wonder if they are working on something...
