I wonder if we may be getting Assault on Precinct 13 soon? I came across it on a different kind of search than I usually do at Bullmoose. Other ones I saw were Wild at Heart and one I mentioned before, Night of the Demons 2. Search results aren't really the same as when I find a wave of random pages that I connect the dots as a Shout leak, so this really could mean absolutely nothing. With that said, we are long overdue for Assault now, so I guess you never know

Nope. Deaf Crocodile did the restoration, but it was always coming from SF. I'm not really sure why it's taken so long for them to release it, the restoration has been completed for a while now.

It released in November of ‘76 so not sure if they would wait until 2026 for a 50th Anniversary release, but maybe a November title?

It’s very possible tho they have ported over Arrow Videos extras for their 4Ks of People Under the Stairs & Nightbreed so it’s really anyone’s guess if they’ll do it.

Does anyone else suffer from serious nostalgia attacks regarding all the crappy films that once decorated the aisles of the horror section in Hollywood Video during the late 1990s-mid 2000s?
Don’t get me wrong, most of these films are absolutely abysmal and nowhere even near the top of my wishlist for future releases/upgrades. However, even after 20+ years, I still haven’t forgotten the titles and artwork to hundreds of these movies.

I wonder when (or even if) any of the boutique labels will start pursuing these types of films for potential Blu-ray/4K releases?
