If that were the case, they would added Vinegar Syndrome in correction.
They removed Shout because they were not supposed to say it was them handling the release yet.

Probably would have been next October but since Shout can namedropped they're gonna delay it for three more years.

I would guess February or or March 2024 if work is still underway on the scan.

I asked them once why the posters aren’t 24x36 and they said most of their fans only live in basements with low ceilings so what would be the point. Ouch.

Ahh, that's what I was going by. Out of the 20+ 4k posters I have, those are the only 2 I have framed. I just assumed all of them were that size. Oops.

Same. I feel like the negatives for this must be the same as the truncated Media VHS version (which plays better than the longer USA Up All Night / Scream Factory version, in my opinion).

The VHS ran 80 mins, cut out all the fat, and ended with the deformed punks punks locked in Tab Hunter's room.

Scream Factory's version includes longer drawn out scenes, and a few additional scenes including Linda and Donna going through the Burger King drive-thru. But the biggest addition is the silly movie theater ending. This is the version that used to air on USA Up All Night back in the day.

Anyway, if they were doing a blu-ray, it would likely be the 80 minute cut in HD with the 95 minute version as an extra in SD (same quality as their current DVD and Tubi).

They didn't factor in the ones they had to take back that Best Buy returned to Bill years ago..Sad to Say...

Anywho... I really wish they would have come out with a new offering. I am beginning to hate these double dips, especially for $30. Bill's offering is more than fine for me.
