Can anyone tell me, how long would a Shout Exclusive limited edition typically need to be available for purchase, i.e. last copies not selling very well, before Shout would consider including it in any one of their sales.

I don't know about that but I am hopeful. I hope The Ti Lung / David Chiang Collection (which I want to own eventually) holds steady. At $169.98USD will definitely result in me paying customs whenever it crosses the Canadian border. I would love to see a sale price that would lessen some of the tax.

Got all of the new Chucky 4Ks from Movies Unlimited. All perfectly intact except Cult of Chucky, huge 2 inch tear down the slipcover (not Shout's fault) and scratches all over of the 4K disc (Shout's Fault). Getting better, but still not there yet Shout.

Oh, I know, but they are the only label who I consistently get scratched discs from, and they know of the issue. I still blame them, because it's been a couple years now and they still haven't gotten it under control.

The transfers on some of the Police Academy movies aren't very good. I imagine this new set will have some new remasters included, plus of coure more extras. I don't think the price is even that bad. By the time it gets properly discounted at some retailers, it'll work out to like ~$9 a film, which for a boutique label, is not bad at all.

I was going to mention that. I wonder if that's a mistake, since the cover are says 5-discss, and it looks to be in a regular case.
