You'll be waiting a long time, likely beyond this year. Shout is very slow to discount most new releases. Dr Giggles came out over a year ago, it has yet to go on sale and that's just a blu.

Doggone it, seriously Shout! needs to discount these films they’re so pricy I saw the price for Dr. Giggles, and I was like are you kidding me. Also Dr. Giggles is another film I’ve been wanting to watch guess I’ll try picking up both titles this summer since, Shout! Factory takes forever to discount their own titles. At least, this isn’t the case for all their titles, as you can get some of their older stuff for pretty good prices. Unless, it’s from 2023 or this year I just don’t get why they do this it’s silly. Considering other companies like Kino or Indicator have really good deals for titles especially stuff from this year, and last year it makes no sense.

That’s kind of why I’ve been getting more on the Kino train as their prices are just way better in every way. I do buy a few Shout! Factory titles from time to time, if it interests me, but for the most part I try to avoid buying Shout! Factory titles these days that either came out this year or last year especially, with pre-orders the prices are just too ridiculous. Obviously if it’s a new title that is a re-release, or a first time Blu-Ray that interests me I’ll buy it. I just won’t be pre-ordering it as I don’t like the prices from Shout! Factory pre-order wise.

Leave them a one star review on Trust Pilot about their high prices. They actually read those. Maybe it will trickle up.

I've been holding on Dr. Giggles as I know the second I buy it, they'll announce the 4K. Fool me once (or like 5 times...)

Nah not worth it I just find it ridiculous that Shout! Factory takes too long to lower their prices it’s kind of infuriating.

Don't think it'll happen with that one, it's recent enough I figure they would've done the 4k if possible. They can charge more for those. Same thing with Lost In Space and Red Sonja, if they could've charged a 4k price they would've, since they're blus that's most likely all we'll be getting. I expect Giggles and some of their other 2023 titles to be on sale in their summer sale.

Glad the Dimension catalog is being mined. So far, 3 of my Dimension wishlist titles have been released or announced: The Crow, Below (Kino) and now Phantoms. Now I just need They, The Hole and a Children of the Corn sequel collection. Don't need that last one on 4K but if it happens, great. There's more I'd like to see but I'm unsure if they're under Paramount or a different entity, like the 2001 Gary Fleder film Impostor. What are some others folks would like to see?

Down for Phantoms, always liked it. Enjoyed Peter O'Toole and Liev Schreiber really hamming it up. Granted, it's nowhere near as good as the book was.

A 4k of From Dusk till Dawn is way overdue and I'd be lying if I said that I wouldn't buy a Hellraiser Collection of the Dimension sequels as well. I have to think that Hellraiser Deader alone would drive sales considering how limited the prior release turned out to be. I own that prior release and imported a copy of Inferno and yet I'd still be down for re-releases of all these films, despite how bad they may be.

I agree that many of those are way overdue TripleHBK. It's even more strange to me how the great Robert Rodriguez is so absent from 4K overall. Lots of expected titles like The Faculty and From Dusk Til Dawn but so many other greats need to get a release as well.
