Maybe we could start a collection for tube end caps and other alternatives to help Cheap Factory out. Unused and gently used condoms also accepted.

I’ve got a 4 or 5 poster lot I’ve had on eBay for ages and I can barely give it away. Can’t wait for that box to be out of my house, haha

Me too. The early rolled posters were the worst. The way they just shoved them in the tubes without banding them, and then crimped the ends so your new poster/litho would always get crushed. The movie itself bouncing around lose in those gaint shipping boxes. People paying extra shipping costs at the post office because those cheapskates used Media Mail.

Wonder if Scream is gonna be who ends up doing the US release for The Hitcher? Would be great for them to do it with its original poster art work. Second Sight release is really nice but that art work is trash.

Agree about the artwork. Umbrella got it right on their limited edition set.

I'm sure the reverse art will be the original theatrical artwork. If you buy the limited edition you'll have the new art on the box and the new art on the case (assuming you flip the artwork). That said, Second Sight's releases are usually second to none and the inclusion of a 200 page book is something Scream Factory has never done consistently well. I do hope that someone in the US releases the film, but I've already thrown my money Second Sights way.

(If I were to put money on who could be releasing a US edition though, I'd bet on Arrow).

I had the standard 4K of TCM from Second Sight and it didn't have reversible art. There's also no mention of reversible art on their website for the standard Blu or 4K for The Hitcher.

Right to work has nothing to do with unions. The state laws just make it much easier (i.e. you can fire anyone for any reason) than non right to work states.

huh... good point. I have several Second Sight LE's and I just took for granted that this would have the reversible art included since that's such a basic special feature these days.
