We aren't too far away from the Kickboxer 4K announcement if all is still going to plan. I would gladly take a Timecop 4K to go with it.

SF also have access to ‘Tango & Cash (1989)’? I’m surprised they’re sitting on all these Stallone 4K’s. They would all sell gangbusters for them.

Dude I don’t care about the “franchise”. I care about someone better—not worse!—doing another 4K of the 1978 film. That’s all. I was posting half in jest anyway—I have no problem with, say, Shout’s 4Ks of The Howling or Black Christmas. I just wish they’d treated the original Halloween with the respect those got.

Sorry if this has already been pointed out, but I see King Kong Lives was added to Shout TV this month. Perhaps this means a physical release is coming?

The Kino blu-rays of Convoy and Death On The Nile appear to be still in print so Shout probably won't be giving them a disc release.

October announcements will be announced during the first few days of August if someone hasn't leaked them during the final few days of July. So, still another 2 weeks or so before anything should start to pop up.

Night watch will probably be among the October announcements. It was confirmed to be with “another label” by a label insider when asked about it. I really enjoyed that one

Either July 29th or August 5th. They typically announce on Mondays around the first of the month. If any titles leak, it’ll almost certainly be the weekend leading up to it.

Since Scream Factory usually goes big in October I hope for 4Ks of a franchise that’s been needing a release for some time. Don’t know what I’d pick but I’ve bought those every October.
