The Hitcher? Seriously? Everyone and their mothers have the Second Sight set preordered. Well, except the 4 people who are afraid to import and/or aren’t aware of places like Diabolik or Orbit lol. I’m hoping there isn’t another Hellraiser Quartet of Horror scenario here with Shout’s October lineup.

Night of the Creeps in 4K UHD is something that is definitely happening I'll be surprised if it doesn't happen on Monday. I could also see Assault on Precinct 13 the 70s one in 4K UHD too. The Hitcher I don't see yet it doesn't feel like a Halloween title more November instead. That being said, I already pre-ordered the Second Sight 4K UHD and it looks great very excited to get it over a month from now so even if Scream does announce it, which I have a strong feeling they will I won't be triple dipping on this title.

The Hitcher 2 no I highly highly doubt this gets announced

I think we're either getting a Carnosaur Blu-Ray box set, or as someone said a Sleepaway Camp box set, or heck we might get both. I want to see more 50s and 60s horror titles new to Blu-Ray Scream Factory has been highly lacking in these eras horror wise recently.

I don't see any non horror titles for October it doesn't make any sense it's just going to be straight up horror which is perfectly fitting for October.

Does anyone know what’s happening with ‘Freaked (1993)’? Kinda expected this one to be on UHD anlready, especially considering the cult following. I’m guessing it’s a rights/elements issue?

They definitely said that, but remember this is the same so called insider that said there was no summer sale, and then what happens a summer sale. So this insider is a huge liar, which isn’t very cool to lie to people buying titles from your boutique label. Maybe you should re-read what they posted. They were referring to the Summer of Fear sale, which SF did not in fact have.. This current sale is nowhere near as big or good as that.. In the same post they said a Steelbook sale was coming the following week, and it did.

Oh give me a break it’s still a summer sale whether it’s as big as that, or not it’s still a person lying about there being no summer sale you just don’t do that. Lying to people isn’t good for the people wanting to buy titles from your label. Besides you cannot trust everything a person says on here even if it’s a so called insider they can lie, and it does happen. So I have every right to treat much of what this so called insider says with a grain of salt.

You shouldn't call people liars like that. They said no scream factory/horror sale for the summer. Not that there wouldn't be any sales at all.
