I found a DVD set at Walmart containing Crocodile Swarm and Monster Grizzly, both ITN movies but the DVD was from Shout. ITN hasn't released any DVDs in a year, and Shout did distribute Winnie the Pooh for them. Maybe Shout can give me the rest of those monster movies.

Just gonna throw this out there,
Since Shout factory still maintains a relationship with Universal, This would be a solid choice for a 4K; (Second Sight & Arrow would be f ***in cool too as long as this gets a 4K I’m happy) |

Shout Factory did dips its toe into the MOD waters back in 2016. I don't think they did too many releases. The one that I remember most is "In the Spirit". It was a dvd-r. I believe they also did a BD-r of "Big Bad Mama" which they later released as a shout website exclusive with the sequel. Oddly, you could never even buy any of these through their website. Also, I don't think these were through Allied Vaughn like pretty much all of the other MOD stuff.

I just want someone to do a 4k release of Rob Zombie's Halloween & Halloween 2! I don't even like those movies, I just need them to complete my collection.

Commentary tracks are a lot more work for both producer and the people involved. Not everyone wants to do them, nor is everyone good at making them. Berg hasn't even done commentary tracks for films he's directed, including Lone Survivor, Patriot's Day, and Deepwater Horizon among others.

These would be 2 4k upgrades I'd absolutely get behind. I enjoy the first film far more than most, and appreciate what Zombie did in part 2, even though I think his insistence on putting Sherrie Moon Zombie in every other scene essentially ruined part 2.

It’s more common than you think. Completionists make up a good chunk of those still buying physical media. I attribute it to eccentricity but to say that you want someone to release a 4K of something you don’t like is something that may need looking into medically.

95% of my purchases are blind buys. Haven't seen a dud yet (except 1 film in a box set) and seen many gems and films that have become my favorites. Vetting is key for me and I spend a lot of time reading as many reviews of the film and the transfers (if not preorders) as possible before purchasing. So far, this has worked out well for me.

I really like the RZ Halloween films so I’d buy 4Ks of them instantly. The first one is my second favorite in the series behind the original.

I'd really love to see all the reputable boutique labels start diving into the untapped goldmine that is "kid/family friendly" horror.
There's actually quite a number of interesting titles that were either made for television or direct-to-home-video back in the day (especially during the 1990s). Most of them are surprisingly enjoyable (for the whole family) and rather endearing or charming in a sort of nostalgic kind of way. Not to mention they are all perfect for annual October/Halloween viewing. I highly doubt it will happen anytime soon but: I'm still hoping that someone will properly restore and release a quality Blu-ray of Shadow Zone My Teacher Ate My Homework (1997). [Show spoiler] This one is a pretty fun and cheesy "evil living doll" movie staring the late Shelly Duvall (R.I.P.) as... take a wild guess: [Show spoiler] If I remember correctly, it originally aired on Showtime before eventually hitting the shelves of video rental stores in the form of a VHS. (With cover artwork that features no one and nothing seen in the actual film! ![]() The film is structured and plays out kind of like a watered-down episode of Tales From The Crypt (1989). It even includes a ghoulish host, referred to as The Reaper, who begins and ends our tale of tiny terror. [Show spoiler] The overall tone and visual style of this film is very similar to that of the Goosebumps (1995) television series. This honestly comes as no big surprise since Shadow Zone My Teacher Ate My Homework (1997) is based on a book of the same name. More specifically, the 11th entry in the Shadow Zone series of children's horror fiction which is credited to a "J. R. Black". ![]() [Show spoiler] Undoubtably a shameless knock-off cashing in on all the success of R.L. Stine's popular Goosebumps book series for young readers. Hell, there was even a film adaptation of a different Shadow Zone book that was actually released prior to this one: Shadow Zone The Undead Express (1996). Regardless of all its apparent shortcomings, I personally can't help but enjoy Shadow Zone My Teacher Ate My Homework (1997) for what it simply is and I feel that it really does deserve a proper restoration and Blu-ray release sometime sooner than never. To my fellow horror hounds out there, I sincerely recommend checking out this relatively obscure and forgotten oddity from the past. It's a campy good time if you're ever in the right mood or just plain bored. [Show spoiler] By the way, some other highly desired cheap and childish titles I guiltily admit to wanting include these lovable turds:

I'd give anything for the Halloweentown and Twitches films to be on blu-ray. Also Tower of Terror, which is limited to DVD and isn't available on streaming anywhere. When Good Ghouls Go Bad is a Fox one that did have a DVD release but its OOP. I don't think its on streaming either.
