I've yet to have a disc I bought from Shout that wasn't functional. Of course I'd rather never have anything scratched, but Shout isn't a manufacturer of the discs themselves. They are not a disc replicator. They're receiving the discs and then distributing. I dont think any label inspects the physical discs they get from replication before shipping out, I don't think it's practical for any of them. And scratched discs aren't a problem solely with Shout discs, as many labels use the same (very few) replication plants.

I never expected Shout to QA them before they were sent out.

However, they should:

A: Make it right to the customer
B: Ensure their manufacturing partner corrects the issue

That's unfortunate. I don't place large orders unless I can do Pay In 4. Single orders aren't worth it because of the ridiculous shipping charge so I guess I'm out. My cc doesn't support Afterpay.

Any chance of more reprints of the site exclusives? I appreciate the Attack of the Crab Mosters one and finally got to pick it up (already had space truckers). But I missed Twice Dead and Terror Within 1 and 2. Would love another chance.
