He had an amazing match with Macho Man at Wrestlemania 3. There is a biography documentary on Ricky and it covers the gimmick and the blowing fire etc. Well worth a watch mate.

That was a great match! He's one of those wrestlers that's always good, like Hart. Hart and Steamboat could carry a questionable opponent; I saw Hart wrestle The Berserker () and it had the intensity of a title match

Are you waiting for a Press Release? Those are as rare as full-length documentaries now. The March titles are up for preorder at Amazon, Orbit and other e-tailers. It's already the 10th - if Shout was going to make official announcements it would've happened by now. Speaking of Shout, they sat on an order for a whole week so I won't be buying direct anymore. Wanted to shoot them an email to ask but I couldn't even find contact info.

At the time he posted Night of the Creeps wasn't added to the site so that's what he's referring to. They took awfully long yesterday to post everything. They've yet to even announce the title on social media yet.

Also in related news, it does appear that Shout is no longer using Twitter. All of their announcements have shifted over to Bluesky

That’s a good way to make sure know one knows what you are releasing.

Todays wrestlers the rock - stone cold - goldberg - brock lesnar there's no gimmick
So i left that circus but i like to watch old shows through you tube.

And yeah with my 3 other brothers we liked to wrestle each other standing on the couch and jumping on one and another but mom was not happy about that.

One would think that if they did stop using X, they would stick to the email announcements. I've never understood why companies that sell products of any kind don't just post their info and get on with their day. No one cares about anything else, just push your product.

BUT, we have discussed bringing back the 'full slate announcement' approach that we used to do at SDCC, only in email form. More to come on that front
Myself and other are curious why the Theatrical Cut isn't included in the Night of the Creeps 4K release. Previous releases had it. Are you able to tell us a reason to make sense of it, genuinely curious.

The only social media I use is Brulay dot com. Most old farts like me probably don't subscribe or care about Twitter or X, much less fb and just get our info from these boards. The cool kids that these platforms cater to get their kicks from tik tok or their cell phones - not the target audience for physical media.

I'm not old, but definitely not young, and I use all major social media. Mainly because I collect Vinyl, Video Games, Movies, Poster Prints and others, keeping up with them is far easier there rather than getting the late email notification that something I wanted went on sale and was sold out.

Social Media is a fantastic tool for physical media collectors, not only that, but you can literally just follow labels you like and see nothing other than that stuff, among other things.

When PS5's were rare, Twitter is the only reason I got one at launch (and free due to a retailer error).

At the end of the day they do not have to give us a reason to “make sense of things”.
Perhaps they are only allowed to use the DC cut, perhaps the director requested it.
As we’ve seen multiple times in the past if they are able to release both cuts of a movie they do, so just accept the fact that on this ocassion they are not able to do so

Nah, I'll just go ahead and inquire and not listen to your baseless assumption that they weren't able to. I and others have already stated that assumption, but are still curious.
