Any news on The Girl Who Leapt Through Time, The Boy and the Beast, or Angel’s Egg?

I'm still hoping this will get a 4K upgrade in the near future, given the fact that Mistress of the Dark got a 4K upgrade from Arrow last year.

Dang it Shout! Factory why did you have another sale again I'm trying to avoid another sale right now as I already picked up 6 titles from the other two sales. I guess I can't avoid another sale this time around as there's a few titles I have been eyeing for this sale that I don't own yet one being a film I used to own on VHS.

The titles I'm eyeing
Trespass
The Deer Hunter this is the one I owned on VHS
Affliction
Born on the Fourth of July
Kalifornia I've heard fantastic things about this film surprised I haven't seen it yet it looks amazing.
The Missing

I might pick up that JFK Collector's Edition as that's another film I owned on VHS as well, but probably not I might wait to buy that set.

Jachai, where are you? You haven’t posted anything in a few days about Firestarter.

Seriously though, the remake, if SF is going to do anything with, should be distanced from any 4K release of the original, and even Rekindled. Just my opinion.

I was referring to the TCM remake(2003) and its prequel(2006). Disney doesn’t have those

Underwater is Fox/Disney, sadly.

Dawn isn't going to happen, not with the rights holder wanting an exorbitant amount of money for it. Second Sight released a UK version, though. I read that the Day elements were lost or something, but I would love to see a 4K of that. It's my favorite of the Living Dead films.

I would like Deep Rising.

Anaconda seems like a VinSyn 4K. I'm surprised they never did Amityville 2 or 3 after the first one.

I think I'm the only one who didn't like Barbarian, but eh.

Also want Sleepaway Camp films on UHD. I understand 2 and 3 were teased by SF last year.

Amityville 2 was actually good, ppl here recommended it here years ago and was surprised.

I’ll take your ‘Underwater’ and raise you ‘Life’(2017)…but it already has a 4k!

Book of Shadows didn’t have a finished directors cut—it was made inside of the studio system and Berlinger(the director) didn’t have final cut.

The 2016 sequel was kind of good, 4k of that would be neat.

For more 4K upgrades, I’d like to see some of the Universal - Hammer films such as Curse of the Werewolf (1961) and The Evil of Frankenstein (1964), both of which already have 4K masters and The Vampire Lovers (1970) (MGM) which also has a 4K master.

Hammer films are starting to get their UHD due with Scars of Dracula (1970) coming sometime (soon) from Kino, and Captain Kronos, Vampire Hunter (1974) and Four-Sided Triangle (1953), both from Hammer themselves.

So let’s keep the Hammer 4K UHD discs coming. Shout! please do your part. Thanks, ShoutFactoryOfficial.

@ShoutFactoryOfficial can you give a status update on if the negatives for Day of the Dead or Sleepaway Camp are still missing? Would love 4Ks of those are the Sleepaway Camp sequels.
