Night Flier, Martin, and Dawn of the Dead all need US releases badly. Now that some of the major ones are coming like Fright Night 2, we need some miracles. Oh, and The Devils. That's another one that needs some sort of release.

If you're looking for a 4K of Dawn then simply buy the UK release. The 4K version of the film is region-free. Unfortunately the special feature discs are region-locked.

The guy who owns the rights to it is taking it to his grave so I wouldn't expect a new release anytime soon.

I'm not quite sure anymore. I know initially it was just too controversial and WB wanted to bury the film, but man that's 50 years ago at this point. People say that WB wants to pretend it doesn't exist, but it can't be the reason right?

The Devils has been promised to Criterion by WB. Criterion has to wait to see when WB decides to spend the money to scan and restore the film. Don May of Synapse confirmed this.

Criterion just announced Ken Russell's Altered States. Hopefully The Devils will be the next major Russell film that they get to release, but the ball is in WB's court at this time.

I don't think they actually have it, but since they asked first, if WB ever allows it, they will let Criterion have the first option to license it.
