Was Jaws 3D originally going to be on standard Blu-ray? Universal has stepped up their 3D game so I can see it having both 2D and true 3D on one disc (like the Fascination Coral Reef discs) and maybe that is what caused the delay.

I have This Island Earth in the MST3K version + I have a R1 full frame DVD and the R2 PAL Widescreen edition...
I still cant believe that movie was chosen...its not that bad a movie, in fact in some domains its a real classic... Now Olive Films on the other is releasing Fire Maidens of Outer Space which is and was a great choice for MST3K - the famous Timmy episode ![]() |

Personally, the ones I want to see the most are Death Becomes Her, Sssssss, The People Under the Stairs and The Sentinel. Last edited by Catastrophe; 05-30-2013 at 07:00 PM. |

I would also love to see a re-release of The Thing (Probably equal in popularity to AOD) and Escape from New York with all the previous extras and some new ones. Just imagine what sweet love Scream would do with their slipcovers! I know, there are lots of other titles that don't have a Bluray release, let alone a DVD release yet, but these are still my most wanted as they are favourites and their current Bluray releases (like AOD) are pretty insulting compared to what other films have gotten on Blu. And are Universal really making that much money selling these movies for just over $5 even if they are selling a lot of copies? Last edited by spawningblue; 05-30-2013 at 07:05 PM. |
