So, Cliff, we're well into the MGM titles, several have been released - can you talk about sales numbers so far? Are you guys as happy with sales as we are with the Blu-rays? I hope everyone is buying these so that we can get more. Great stuff! It's like the Gold Rush

They could be better for some titles... and others have done very well. It's still early.

I hope the sales are good for Scream. I have every title except for The Island and The Vampire Lovers. I would love to see an even greater output next year from Scream.

It appears that we may have to wait a month between releases of the Scanners films. Scream's blu-ray of 2&3 is early September, while Criterion's is not in their September announcements. October will clearly be the month of Scanners and Eraserhead.

Arrogant? Hardly, just stating a fact. We can't release everything. Four titles a month next year is a lot. I don't think we could do more than that.

Cliff, can you give us a clue if the masterpiece of masterpieces, the 1983 Verhoeven directed The Fourth Man will be released via Scream?

Well, the list is narrowing...
No to:
  • Army of Darkness
  • Poltergeist III
  • Psycho IV
  • Candyman 2
  • Bordello of Blood
  • Howling II
  • Prom Night 2

Things are starting to look good for Evil of Frankenstein.

Like Sleepaway Camp II and Sleepaway Camp III...
I really hope so, even though they are probably with the director, not MGM.

and The Brood.
It was soft announced, just not specifically for October.

Maybe even Grey Gardens, that's scary in a whole 'nother way lol

48 titles? Wow. You do have a lot on your plate. Bravo.
And so the plot thickens...

Still waiting on Vampire's Kiss.

Not answering means “Yes it's coming” . Hooray!

Now, how about Suspiria and Meet the Feebles? Are they coming too?

Next year is going to be interesting indeed. I couldn't even begin to guess 48 titles that might be released.
