To each his own

Excited about the 4-pack though. These compilations will have a nice place alongside my Blue Underground packs

Scream Factory is doing a number on bootleggers this year! Honestly, next time you go to a convention just take a look at a few bootleggers' tables and see just how much of the stuff we yearned for for years is finally receiving legitimate releases. $10 for 1 bootleg of a hazy VHS rip? No thanks, I'll take 4 films for $8.99 on pressed discs

Hopefully, they will only resort to this in films that are very very obscure.

I would much rather have them on BD. but I get that it's not realistic for every title...

We can always hope for future Blu-Ray releases of the DVD-Only films, right now the process is very expensive, and Im sure it will come down eventually, and then we will see a real boom of films making the leap.

That Volume 2 four pack is lucky I'm interested in Catacombs and The Dungeonmaster, you can thank Mike Matei for introducing me to the latter.

Same here. The only downside is that October 29th is too far away

You know, the one thing I can say about the Volume 2 four pack concerning a certain film is that I can brag about owning a film Phelous and the Cinema Snob reviewed. The film in question being Contamination .7 and I have zero interest in such a film.

strangely, thats the one I am most anticipating.

wasn't it and Cellar Dwellar fully denied, along with the other two, which seem to now be with Scream, any chance these are from a new 2nd MGM deal??

Although I would assume they are still from the first...

I never even heard of Cellar Dweller. I can't help but notice that three of the covers feature women in distress, with two of them featuring their chest exposed. Personally, I'm more fond of seeing men in distress in Horror movie cover arts. Just saying.

Catacombs looks to be, Curse IV: The Ultimate Sacrifice. I remember seeing this back in the day and never rented it.

Cellar Dweller was requested the most on here and on their Facebook page, than any of the other three.

Overall, I would say it was one of the most heavily requested, with someone
posting it at least once or twice a week, again of Facebook, and in this thread.
(that may have been, for the majority, before you joined, as you're relatively new)

My main reason for being so excited for this set...I can finally ditch my warn out VHS.

That explains it. I looked up the film and apparently, this is an earlier film written by Don Mancini but under as Kit DuBois.

How weird about The Dungeonmaster, considering that I asked about it on Full Moon's website earlier today. I was curious about Dungeonmaster II from Pulse Pounders being released next year.
