As for Burnt Offerings, I don't think we've ever got a response one way or another. I have the original DVD but I'd love to see a hi-def release of it.
well, here's hoping!

IT'S ALIVE is Warner Bros. I believe. That reminds me that there is a remake of it that came out a couple of years ago. Whatever became of that.
On another note, who owns SUNDOWN, the vampire western film? I haven't seen it in years and would love a widescreen HD transfer.

Remake: https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Its-Alive-Blu-ray/7359/

I was born in 1970 and "It's Alive" was the first movie I remember going to the drive-in theatre to see....yes at the ripe old age of 4!!

I remember being scared of the commercial on tv, so why my sister decided to take me with her to the drive-in is beyond me. However, I did like the movie and remember feeling sad for the baby at the end! It's probably the first movie that turned me into a horror fan!!

It was released, and disappeared into the archives, never to be heard from again.

As for Sundown: The Vampire in Retreat, Lionsgate owns it and released it in a "Special Edition," meaning it has three featurettes. (This is not an exaggeration: I got the disc from Netflix earlier this year.) A blu-ray seems unlikely.

Could we see Bullies and Blindside at some point then, or is it just a 2-picture deal?

Cliff..Stephen King's The Langoliers..?

I don't remember much about this film, other than the cheesy acting, but something tells me I'd still enjoy it a lot.

Simcom does have Prom Night and Prom NIght II but I can't see that being Synapse material.

The blu-ray/DVD release of the "Under the Dome" TV mini-series might be the most appropriate time for other studios to churn out whatever King TV material they may be holding onto.

Prom Night and Curtains

Does anyone know the figures because horror on Blu is booming at the moment.Theres so much great stuff coming out and whats better, some companies are really taking care with their product, seemingly coveting the horror fan. There really must be some strong sales for the genre.Good times.

2 and 3 are fantastic films, get over the fact that they are sequels and you've got two instant classics

I don't know about 3. That'd be Lionsgate territory.

I can't get over the fact that they're not sequels, and basically bought out the title when the first production company lost rights, like every other name-only soulless-fraud horror franchise.
And this, coming from someone who rushes to the defense of Howling sequels.

(So, "Mary Lou" has to do with the little kid who was tormented out of the warehouse window...how, exactly? )
