Hey, I'm pretty happy with the announcements. Plus I'm sure there will be more as the months go by. No complaints here.

And based on what Cliff said about 4 titles a month, these announcements only cover a month and half.

Watch there be Friday Announcements starting in August.
-There are now, at least, four deals that have a number of titles at their disposal.

He's alright. I was just confused about your comment. I'd be in it more for Kurt Russel, as he's one of my favorite actors.

Incredibly disappointed with these announcements. I have a very had time believing that any of these titles would have outsold a potential Poltergeist III release. I hope the rest of their lineup for 2014 is better, other wise My SF purchases will likely end at the end of the year. Thankfully Synapse seem's to be picking up steam at the end of 2013 and into 2014 with Demons 1& 2 leading into Prom Night and Curtains.

The titles announced are very underwhelming imo.

I find it hard to believe that Saturn 3 and Eve of destruction would outsell Psycho 4, especially when you consider the fact that not only would people buy Psycho 4 because they like the film, but a lot of people would buy it to complete the Psycho collection on Blu Ray.

Is this a case of Cliff choosing to release the movies he likes?

Maybe. Or, they could be just to show that the ITV catalog included horror titles and that there was still more to the MGM catalog. I hope that's it.

I was really expecting every title that they announced to be a CE. Am I alone here?

I really hope so. They should do a one time fan voted month and let fans decide what to release for a month, of course titles culled from what they already have rights to.

I really love these guys and totally support them in every way, but come on, they atleast have to be putting out titles I actually want to purchase haha.

So much for "Shocker" and all those Universal hopes people had. It would've been nice I gotta say, compared to what we got, "Darkman" aside.

There will be a UK disc in the fall, maybe we'll get it over here as well. But I wouldn't see it being a big seller for Scream at all - it is easily the worst of the three, isn't a fan favorite, and doesn't have much of a reputation among the general public either. Plus how many Scream releases have been PG, other than TTTDS? Nightbreed, in comparison, has developed a pretty sizable cult following over the years, and has a relatively well-known name, Clive Barker behind it.

Not to mention it stars other big name, David Cronenberg.

Yeah apparently in their minds those two titles will do more business than "Motel Hell"..

I honestly think Cliff grossly underestimates the popularity of Motel Hell.
