She has offered so much to the genre, She definitely deserves for some of her performances to go out in style, the way only Scream Factory can present them. The definite Karen Black films.

It's evident in quite a few of the caps on caps-a-holics. I didn't find it particularly distracting, but it is there.

I am a bit confused here... are people complaining about that translucent static line in the caps from the DVD?

I'm just as confused.... how are people not noticing that on the blu ray????
I hear complaints about edge enhancement and halos and to me this is farrrrr more noticeable!

Completely agree. Unfortunately the general public tends to only remember her for that. While I do agree that she did so much to the horror genre, there was more to her as an actress. Just look at work in such classics as Five Easy Pieces, Nashville, The Great Gatsby and The Day of the Locust. In that sense I kind of feel bad for her, I still remember the interview she did for Trilogy of Terror were she says that despite no matter how many accolades she has received for Five Easy Pieces or The Day of the Locust, she will always be remembered for that movie.

I don't see anything wrong with one screen cap I looked at but I don't usually go around looking for faults on my Blu-ray Discs.

Just watched (yet again) Let the Right One In on NetFlix, it makes me crave more Vampire films from Scream Factory.

Their Vampire Lovers was superb, hopefully we get some next year!

just watched VAMPIRE LOVERS last night.... love seeing a Hammer film from Scream-- picture quality was excellent btw... sure hope more get released...the Hammer films are unsurpassed when it comes to atmosphere and gothic imagery....

Where did you hear that from? First time I've heard of that, I know that Ninja and Vampire Lovers didn't do too well.

You saw the original or the remake? I loved the remake - reminded me of Near Dark, just with pre-teens. It was just a really good, well made film.

Let The Right One In not Let Me In...

Tbh, although I did see Let Me In first and loved it, the original is so much better.
Probably the greatest Vampire film ever made.

It really is a fantastic film with it's own rhythm and pace. I love it.
